The object of the invention is to provide a simple way of producing
of: such films, made of glass or the like. To create.
Dabei wird gleichzeitig vom offenes Rohrende her eint Gasstrom eingeleitet,
druckes einstellbar. Wenn es gewünsicht wind,
Folienbänder oideir Folienblätter zu erhalten, dann
schneidet man die Schlauchfolie zweckmäßig in der
Längsrichtung.auf und breitet sie aus. Blattfdliiien

An. Hand der Zeichnung, die verschiedene Einzel-
heiten .des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens zeigt, soll
die Erfindung näher erläutert werden. In ider Fig. i

gemäßen Verfahrens gezeugt. Das- auszuziehende

sich insbesondere Graphit, Porzellan, Steatit, hoch-
schmelzende Metalle usw.
Dias Glasrohr i
Glasrohr i ist be-
Geschwindigkeit ,durch Dreiheu ,der Haspel i i, in

Einte weitere
Möglichkeit, Blattfolien; zu bekommen, ist die, dias

Weisen erhaltene Glasfolien lassen sich, ähnlich wie
Glimmer aufsahiohten und verarbeiten;.
Das erfindun@gsigemäße Verfahren lätßt sieh, auch
dazu benutzen, in einem Arbeitsgang mehTwanidiige
Schlauchfolien zu erhaltemi. Dies ist dann vorzu-
ziehen, wenn aus festigkeits- oder isol.iertechnnschen
Grüniden sitärkene Folien gefordert werden. Diese
Schlauchfolien erhält man; wenn man mehrere ge-
mäß Fitg. 5 und 6 konzentrisch angeordnete Glas-
rohre nachdem erfinidungsigemäßen Verfahren aus-
zieht. Für,die einzelnen Glasrohre wühlt man hierzu
verschiedene chemitsche Zusammensetzungen und
insbesondere verschiedene Schmelzpunkte.
According to the invention, a tube made of glass that is closed on one side is ad: digl. heated at one point on its entire circumference up to or above the softening point and the closed pipe end is withdrawn from the heating zone at a greater speed than: the pipe body to be heated is blown into the heating zone. At the same time, a gas stream is introduced from the open end of the pipe, which inflates the extended pipe part in such a way that undesired tapering of the pipe diameter while the pull-out sleeve is prevented. In this way, the glass tube in the form of a tube, referred to below as a tubular film, can be pulled out to any thin wall thickness. The wall thickness is determined by the choice of the transport speed when removing the closed pipe part. from, the heating zone @ or. @ by changing the amount of gas introduced or by changing the gas pressure adjustable. Tubular films are obtained; if you have several

pulls. For, you dig through the individual glass tubes
different chemical compositions and
especially different melting points. The tube with the highest melting point is on the outside, i.e. closest to the heat source. The tube with the lowest melting point, on the other hand, is inside. and thus adjacent to the pipe 5. The different chemical composition prevents the glasses from melting together during the closing process. After pulling out, you have a multilayered hose sequence with a relatively large overall wall thickness. Since the individual thin layers are not fused together, such a multilayer tubular film still has excellent flexibility. In the production of such multilayer tubular films it is sufficient if, for example, the innermost tube 1q. is melted shut at the end to be drawn out. So that the individual glass tubes cannot move one another, they are expediently cemented or glued together at their ends, i, sbesornd-ere at i 5 to about i to 2 cm in length As is already customary in the production of glass yarns, they are impregnated in order to prevent them from sticking together or to ensure that they can be reeled out again with ease.
