Description
Es ist bekannt, Rotoren und Statoren von Drehkondensatoren so herzustellen, daß die Achsen und Verbindungsstege mit Einstichen versehen sind, in welche die Platten eingeschoben werden. Dabei ist es notwendig, sehr genau kalibrierte Bleche als Ausgangsmaterial für die Platten zu verwenden, da unterschiedliche Plattenstärken notwendigerweise verschiedene Luftabstände ergeben. Nach einem anderen Verfahren werden die Rotor- und Statorplatten unter Verwendung von Abstandslehren abwechselnd aufeinandergeschichtet und dann durch Löten oder Schweißen auf den Verbindungsstegen oder Achsen befestigt. Dieses Verfahren erfordert zwar keine sehr genau kalibrierten Bleche, es müssen aber Materialien verwendet werden, die gut löt- oder schweißbar sind, z. B. Messing oder Eisen. Des großen Raumgewichtes wegen sind diese Materialien oft nicht anwendbar. Weiterhin ist ein Verfahren bekannt, bei welchem als Verbindungselemente Achsen verwendet werden, die einen Querschnitt besitzen, dessen Umlauflinie spiralförmig ist. Die Platten haben diesem Querschnitt entsprechende Durchbrüche, durch welche die Achsen geschoben und dann verdreht werden, so daß die Platten durch Flächenreibung auf den Achsen festsitzen. Es sind aber, um eine genügende Haftung der Platten zu erreichen, erhebliche Drücke nötig, die leicht zu einer Verwerfung der Platten führen. Schließlich erfordern alle bekannten Verfahren große Sorgfalt bei der Herstellung, außerdem die Einhaltung sehr hoher Genauigkeiten für die einzelnen Teile.
