Verfahren zum Erzielen blasenfreier Ubergänge von Block zu Block beim kontinuierlichen Strangpressen Das Verpressen von Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen in Strangpressen, insbesondere solchen zur Herstellung von Rohren und Kabelmänteln stößt bisher noch auf große Schwierigkeiten, die auf .die, gegenüber z. B. Blei, andersartigen Stoffeigenheiten zurückzuführen sindunddann inErscheinung treten, wenn die in fortlaufender Hintereinanderfolge zur Verp.ressung kommenden Blöcke jeweils mit dem Preßrest des zuvor verpreßten Blockes ausgepreßt werden. Es tritt dabei insbesondere die Erscheinung störend ein, daß die zwischen dem jeweils eingebrachten neuen Block und dem Preßrest sowie zwischen Block und Aufnehmerwandung verbleibende Luft sich in den die Matrize verlassenden Werkstoff einschließt. Die Rohre werden hierdurch unbrauchbar. Dieser bekannte Vorschlag geht jedoch dahin, das dem PreBstempel zugekehrte Ende höher als das andere Blockende zu erhitzen.
