Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf ein Verkaufsgerät für schüttfähige Futtermittel.The innovation relates to a sales device for loose feed.

Bei den genannten Futtermitteln geht es insbesondere um Nahrung für Heimtiere in Gestalt von trockenen Schüttgütern, bei denen es sich um Körner, Flocken, Mischfutter, Hundekuchen oder andere Backwaren in unterschiedlichen Formen handeln kann. Solche Futtermittel sind bislang vornehmlich in festen Gebinden angeboten worden, die bei der Auswahl des Futtermittels selbst oder bei der jeweiligen Einkaufsmenge keinen Spielraum zulassen. Es ist zwar der lose Abverkauf von Futtermitteln der in Rede stehenden Art bekannt, hierbei wird das Futtermitel aus Tonnen, Säcken, oder dergleichen abgewogen, der Nachteil solcher Behälter für Futtermittel ist jedoch der, daß entweder der Behälter nach Entleerung weggeworfen wird oder neu aufgefüllt wird, wobei das letztere die Gefahr in sich birgt, daß Futterreste am Boden des Behälters verbleiben, die nicht ausgetauscht werden. Es kann sich also in einem solchen Gebinde überaltetes Futtermittel ansammeln oder absetzen, was nachteilige Wirkungen für den Gesamtinhalt des Gebindes haben kann.The feedstuffs mentioned are in particular food for pets in the form of dry bulk goods, which can be grains, flakes, mixed feed, dog biscuits or other baked goods in various forms.
