Neuerung betrifft eine Verpackung i'ür Blumen- und Pflanzentopfe.The innovation concerns packaging for flower and plant pots.

Die Pflanzertöpfe, in denen der Kunde bewurzelte Pflanzen und Blumen in den einschlägigen Fachgeschäften erwirbt, sind unansehnliche Gebilde, leicht erdverschmutzt und, falls sie aus Ton bestehen, häufig auch unschön gefleckt durch Wasserflecken bzw. Kaikabscheidungen und ähnliche durch Pflanzenpflege bedingte Beeinträchtigungen. Es ist üblich, diesen optisch störenden Eindruck zu überdecken. Insbesondere zu Geschenkzwecken bedinet man sich dazu sogenannter Blumentopfmanschetten, die in der Regel aus in ihrer Breite der Topfhöhe etwa entsprechenden Krepp-Papierstreifen, gelegentlich auch aus Zuschnitten von relativ dünnen, plissierten Folien oder elastischem Kunststoff bestehen und die überlappend um den Topf gelegt bzw. gewickelt werden. Die Krepp-Papiermanschetten und die dünnen Folien werden gewöhnlich mit Stecknadeln befestigt; dickere Folien, die entsprechend elastisch sind, lassen sich infolge einer gewissen Dehnspannung um den Topf arrangieren. In beiden Fällen ist die Befestigung unbefriedigend. Wie aus Fig. 1 und Fig. 5 erkennbar, besteht die neuerungsgemäße Verpackung aus einem einfachen kreisrunden Materialzuschnitt 1, auf dem einige Zentimeter vom Umfangsrand 4 entfernt, in einem Abstand 4' zum Flächenmittelpunkt hin, auf der Zuschnittfläche 2, die die später^ Innenfläche der Verpackung bildet, ein kreisrunder Tunnelzug 5 angeordnet ist. Dieser wird in dem gewünschten Abstand etwa 3 - 5 cm vom Außenrand innen auf die Zuschnittfläche zur Bildung des Tunnelzugs festsitzend aufgenäht oder geheftet, zweckmäßig zweifach genäht, und dann wird an einer Stelle des Tunnelzug-ümfongs auf der Außenfläche des Zuschnitts die öse für den Durchzug des Zugbandes angebracht. Danach wird das Zugband eingezogen. Die Endlängen des Zugbandes hängen danach lose an der Außenfläche des Zuschnitts. Werden an dem Umfangsrand des Zuschnitts Verzierungen gewünscht, so werden diese ebenfalls noch angenäht oder angeheftet, zweckmäßig in Form von Litze, Besatzstreifen oder dergleichen im Handel erhältlichem Zierband.
