in Fig. 1 ist durch strichpunktierte Linienzüge ein Haushalt-Backofen angedeutet, mit einem quaderförmigen Gehäuse 1, das im Bereich der oberen Gehäusebegrenzung an der Gerätefrontseite ein Bedienpult 2 mit einem Anzeigefeld 3 und Schaltknebeln 4 besitzt. Im Inneren des Gehäuses 1 befindet sich ein nicht dargestellter Muffelraum, der durch eine allgemein mit S bezeichnete, z.B. klappbare Ofentür an der frontseitigen Muffelöffnung verschließbar ist. Die Ofentür besitzt einen inneren, metallischen Türboden 6, der sich über eine Dichtung am Muffelflansch abstützt sowie eine äußere, großflächige Glasplatte 7, die in nicht-dargestellter Weise mit dem Türboden 6 fest verbunden ist, wobei in der Schließstellung der Ofentür 5 diese Glasplatte 7 sich bis unmittelbar unterhalb des Bedienpaneels 2 erstreckt und praktisch flächenbündig sich an dieses Bedienpaneel 2 anschließt. Im oberen Bereich der Glasplatte 7 ist in die Glasplatte 7 ein langlochartiger Ausschnitt eingearbeitet, der eine Wrasenöffnung für den unmittelbaren Austritt des bei Betrieb des Backofens im Muffelraum entstehenden Wrasens ins Freie bildet. Dieser Ausschnitt 8 befindet sich in Höhe des für die Garbehandlung von Lebensmittel vorgesehenen Muffelraumes. Ein entsprechender Ausschnitt 9 befindet sich in dem, den Muffelraum verschließenden Türboden 6. Als Wrasenführung in den Ausschnitt 8 und gegebenenfalls auch in den Ausschnitt 9 einsteckbar ist ein rohrartiger Hohlkörper 10, der entsprechend der Langlochform des Ausschnittes 8 geformt ist und z.B. aus Kunststoff besteht. Dieber Hohlkörper bildet z.B. eine Wrasenführung zwischen dem Ausschnitt 9 des Türbodens 6 und dem Ausdschnitt 8 der Glasplatte 7.
