Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von unregelmäßigen Stücken, insbesondere Schrottmetallstücken mit sehr unregelmäßiger Ausbildung und großer Formenvielfalt. Als Ziel gilt, diese Stücke aus einem Haufwerk derartig za vereinzeln, daß sie auf Stoß hintereinander liegen, eine Reihe bilden, die dann in dieser Form einer Meßeinrichtung zugeführt werden kann. In der Technik fallen derartige unregelmäßig geformten Teile z.B. als Shredderschrotte oder als Produktionsabfallteile in großen Mengen an. Für die nachfolgende Sortierung ist aber in bezug auf eine nachfolgend geschaltete Analyseneinrichtung die Zuführung hintereinanderliegender Teile in einer Reihe unerläßlich. Erst dadurch wird die wirtschaftliche Nutzung der Sortierung erreicht. Wegen der unterschiedlichsten Formen der Teile haben sich normale Bandzuführungen oder Vibrationsrinnen nicht bewährt, da die Teile während der Förderung sich nicht entzerren und überuinander oder nebeneinander liegen bleiben. Die Erfindung bewirkt nun durch die Gestaltung von Gleitbahnenfolgen mit unterschiedlich, ten Neigungen, daß während der Förderung unterschiedliche Geschwindigkeiten für die einzelnen Teile erreicht werden, dadurch, daß die Teile nicht gleichzeitig die Gebiete unterschiedlicher Neigung erreichen. Es entsteht eine Entzerrung, die bewirkt, daß die Teile hintereinander zu liegen kommen, insbesondere auch dadurch, daß die Gleitbahnen muldenförmig oder spitz zulaufend in ihrem Querschnitt ausgebildet sind. Ein zu weites Auseinanderrücken der Teixe wird dadurch wieder aufgehoben, daß Gleitbahnenteile mit geringerer Neigung die Geschwindigkeiten der einzelnen Teile verringern, so daß sie dann im Endeffekt nach Durchlaufen mehrerer Folgen auf Stoß liegen. Zur Erhöhung der Fördergeschwindigkeit können auf die Gleitflächen fischgrätenartige Treppen aufgesetzt werden, die den einzelnen Förderteilen Bewegungsstöße mitteilen.The invention relates to a device for separating irregular pieces, in particular scrap metal pieces with a very irregular shape and a wide variety of shapes. The invention now ensures that different speeds are achieved for the individual parts during conveyance by designing slideway sequences with different inclinations, because the parts do not reach the areas of different inclinations at the same time. This creates a balancing effect that causes the parts to lie one behind the other, in particular because the slideways are designed to be trough-shaped or tapered in their cross-section. If the parts move too far apart, this is eliminated by the fact that slideway parts with a lower inclination reduce the speeds of the individual parts, so that in the end they lie in contact after running through several sequences. To increase the conveyance speed, herringbone-like steps can be placed on the slide surfaces, which impart movement shocks to the individual conveying parts.
