Description
Verfahren zur Gewinnung des in alten Autokühlern oder in ähnlich zusammengesetzten Altmaterialien in Form von Lötzinn sich vorfindenden Zinns Es ist festgestellt worden, daß alte, ausgebaute Autokühler, selbst nach dem Entzinnen durch Ausschmelzen nach bekannte: Verfahrensweisen, immer noch einige Prozente Zinn (q. bis 5010, manchmal mehr, manchmal weniger) enthalten. Nach bekannter Technik werden die Autokühler auf Kupfer verhüttet durch Einschmelzen und Verblasen, wobei das in, den Kühlern enthaltene Zinn zum Teil verloren, zum Teil in Flugstäbe geht, in denen es kaum oder gar nicht bewertet werden kann. Nach vorliegender Erfindung werden die alten Autokühler, vor oder nach dem Entzinnen, in dieselbe Apparatur genommen, die zur Entplattierung von Kupfer und kupferlegierungsha,ltigem plattiertem Material benutzt wird. Unter den. Autokühlern befinden sich zum Teil eiserne Kühler, die als solche nicht erkannt werden, vereinzelt auch andere eiserne Teile. Bei dem Löseverfahren geht also nur Kupfer öder Messing in Lösung, während in, den Lösegefäßen das Lot und, Eisenteile zurückbleiben. In diesem Zustand ist es leicht, die Eisenteile von dem Lotrückstand durch Auslesere zu trennen. Das zurückgebliebene Lotmaterial kann in an sich bekannter Weise gereinigt werden, beispielsweise dadurch,, da,ß man dien Rückstand. unter Vermeidung von oxydierenden Einflüssen ausschmilzt.
