Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Widerständen Das Verfahren bezieht sich auf die Herstellung von elektrischen Widerständen, insbesondere von spannungsabhängigen Widerständen für Überspannungsableiter, die aus .dem Gemisch eines halbleitenden Materials mit einem keramischen Binder bestehen. Dieses Stoffgemisch wird in entsprechender Proportionierung zu Platten verhältnismäßig großen Durchmessers verpreßt, getrocknet und gebrannt. Zur Erzeugung eines bestimmten Widerstandswertes für dieGesamtanlagewerdendann auf diese Weise hergestellte Widerstandsscheiben in entsprechender Anzahl übereinandergelegt. Damit ein möglichst widerstandsfreier Stromübergang von Scheibe zu Scheibe erfolgt, werden die Widerstandsscheiben möglichst auf beiden Seiten mit einem Kontaktbelag versehen. Dieses Produktionsverfahren bringt es mit sich, .daß kleinste Widerstände herstellungsgemäß nahezu genau soviel Arbeitsaufwand erfordern wie große, so daß der Preis kleiner Scheiben im Verhältnis zu dem der größeren relativ viel höher liegt. Die Erfindung zeigt ein Verfahren, nach dem, sich geometrisch kleinere Widerstände der vorgenannten Art, wie sie z. B. für Überspannungsableiter in Niederspannungsnetzen benötigt werden, auf erheblich wirtschaftlichere Art herstellen lassen. Das Verfahren besteht darin, daß man zunächst Widerstandsscheiben großen Durchmessers bei relativ kleiner Dicke herstellt, die dann zur Bildung von Widerständen kleineren Durchmessers zertrennt werden.
