Nach einer besonderen Ausführungsforni der Erfindung kann dem Pulvergemisch des Dreistoffsystems Mg0-A1,0,--Si0, feinstes Talkummehl zugemischt werden. Die unter Zusatz von Talkum hergestellten Oberflächenbehandlungsmittel sind besonders geeignet, auf Metalloberflächen Schutzschichten zu erzeugen, die gegen klebrigen Gummi abweisend sind. Diese Schichten eignen sich daher als ideale Trennmittel zwischen Metallen und Gummi bzw. Kautschuk. Auch Pulvergemische von Magnesia und Talkum mit verdünnter wäßriger Phosphorsäurelösung zu einem Brei angerührt sind geeignet. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß bei Verwendung von Pulvergemischen, die Mg0 enthalten, die Phosphorsäuremenge zu dem Pulvergemisch so abgestännit werden muß, daß die mit verdünnter Phosphorsäure fertig angerührte Mischung einen p#I-Wert von 2,5 bis 3 hat, besonders wenn Nichteisenmetalle behandelt werden sollen.
