Die Erfindung betrifft eine Haltevorrichtung für gegebe nenfalls mit Deckeln verschließbare Behälter. The invention relates to a holding device for containers that can optionally be closed with lids .

Es ist bekannt, Behälter für z.B. Gewürze und Nahrungsmittel zur Lagerung auf tablettartige Haltevorrichtungen zu stellen oder zu schieben. Diese Haltevorrichtungen haben den Nachteil, daß bei nicht ausgenutzter Stellfläche durch die Haltevorrichtung selbst noch Stellplatz benötigt wird, so daß eine optimale Ausnutzung des Lagerraums in iö z.B. Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt die Lösung der Aufgabe durch einen mit dem Behälter lösbar verbindbaren Haltekörper, an dem ein Halteglied für eine lösbare Verbindung mit einer Stange ausgebildet ist. Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Haltevorrichtung 30 dient zur Halterung eines Behälters 1, der z.B. eine Gewürzdose sein kann. Dieser Behälter 1 weist öffnungsseitig eine Verschlußplatte 3 auf, in der Durchbrechungen 4 ausgebildet sind. Die Haltevorrichtung 30 besteht aus einem Haltekörper 5 dessen unterer Abschnitt 28 als Deckel ausgebildet ist. Dieser Deckel kann in bekannter Weise mittels Schraub- oder Bajonettverschluß mit dem Behälter 1 verbunden werden. Im oberen Bereich des Haltekörpers 5 sind ils Abstand vonsinanclsr zwei "srsllele Trsnnschiit^e 17 ausgebildet. Mittig ist ferner eine nutförmige Ausnehmung 11 vorgesehen. Durch die Trennschlitze 17 und die nutförmige Ausnehmung 11 sind zwei Halteschenkel 8, 9 gebildet. Im Bereich des Öffnungsabschnitts 12 ist an jedem Halteschenkel 8, 9 jeweils ein Vorsprung 13, 14 so ausgebildet, daß der Öffnungsquerschnitt der nutförmigen Ausnehmung 11 verkleinert wird. Die innenseitigen Flächen 14, 15 der Vorsprünge 13, 14 sind gerundet ausgebildet. Die daran anschließenden äußeren Flächen 29 sind winklig zueinander angeordnet. Diese Flächen 2 9 bewirken ein Auseinanderdrücken der Halteschenkel 8, 9 wenn der Haltekörper 5 gegen die Stange 27 gedrückt wird. Wenn die Stange 27, die z.B. in Küchenmöbeln angeordnet oder aber auch von diesen separat installiert sein kann sich in der Ausnehmung 11 befindet federn die Halteschenkel 8, 9 in ihre Ausgangslage zurück, so daß die Vorsprünge 13, 14 an der Stange 27 anliegen. In diesem Haltekörper 5 sind jedoch zwei horizontale Trennschlitze 18 vorgesehen, die die Halteschenkel 8, 9 von dem unteren Abschnitt 28 des Haltekörpers 5 trennen. Der untere Abschnitt 28 kann wie bei der Haltevorrichtung 30 als Deckel ausgebildet sein, der mit dem Behälter 1 verbindbar ist. Das Halteglied 6 ist funktional wie zu Fig. 1 beschrieben ausgebildet. Der Boden 39 der Ausnehmung 20 dient als Auflagefläche für die Haltevorrichtung 32 an der Stange 27. Der untere Abschnitt 40 des Haltekörpers 5 dieser Haltevorrichtung 32 kann ebenfalls als Deckel oder aber zur Verbindung mit einem Deckel 2 ausgebildet sein.Fig. 3 shows a further holding device 32. Die Haltevorrichtung 35 nach Fig. 6a und 6b weist einen zur Haltevorrichtung 31 ähnlichen Haltekörper 5 auf. Der untere Abschnitt dieses Haltekörpers 5 weist jedoch zwei Haltearme 25 auf, an denen endabschnittsseitig jeweils eine Haltelasche 24 angeformt ist. In dieses so ausgebildete Klemmstück 23 kann ein Deckel eines Behälters eingeklemmt werden. Zum Lösen der Haltevorrichtung 3 5 von dem jeweiligen Deckel ist es lediglich erforderlich, die Haltelaschen 24 nach außen zu verformen und an die Haltevorrichtung 35 von dem Deckel abzuziehen.The holding device 35 according to Fig. 6a and 6b has a holding body 5 similar to the holding device 31. Bei der Haltevorrichtung 36 nach Fig. 7 ist am unteren Abschnitt 28 des Führungsstücks 5 ein Klemmring 22 angeordnet. Dieser besteht aus einer mittels des Steges 42 mit dem Halteglied 6 verbundenen Platte 40, an der randseitig ein umlaufender Steg 41 ausgebildet ist.
