Bei den bisher gebräuchlichen Prüfvorrichtungen zur Bestimmung des Druckverformungsrest.es mußten entsprechend der vorgeschriebenen Verformung für jede Probyndicke die zugeordneten Distanzringe bereitgestellt bzw. angefertigt werden.In the test devices used to date to determine the compression set, the corresponding spacer rings had to be provided or manufactured for each sample thickness in accordance with the prescribed deformation.

Zur Flächennutzung der Vorrichtung sind die Distanzhülsen (4) und Ringe (3 u. 5) um die Spannschrauben (6) angeordnet. Zur Höhenfeineinstellung sind die Distanzhülsen (4) im oberen sichtbaren Bereich skaliert, siehe Teil (4) Abb. 4. Entsprechend der Anzahl einstellbarer Distanzhülsen sind in deren unmittelbaren Bereich Mikrometerschrauben (7) zur Kontrolle der eingestellten Distanz- bzw. Prüfhöhe angeordnet. In den Abb. 2 und 3 sind Beispiele dargestellt, die ein Prüfen von Proben mit beliebiger Dicke und gleichzeitig auch von Normproben mit genormten Distanzringen (3) ermöglichen. In Abb. 3 ist ein Beispiel dargestellt, bei dem unter Verwendung von Distanzringen (3 u. 5) nur Probekörper nach Norm PIN 53 wie bei bisher gebräuchlichen Vorrichtungen geprüft werden können,The base plate (2) Fig. 1-3 is used to hold and store the height-adjustable spacer sleeves (4) Fig. 4 , as well as constant spacer rings (5) see Fig. 5 .
