Beschreibung:Description:
Bei der Handhabung von festen Trägern für chemische Reaktionen kommt es durch verschiedene Manipulationen zu Verlusten von Träger. Um das zu vermeiden, wurde ein Reaktor konstruiert, der während der Durchführung der Reaktionen nicht geöffnet werden muß. Er besteht aus einer Spritze aus Glas in die mit Hilfe einer Teflondichtung eine Filterscheibe aus Glas oder Polyolefin fest eingesetzt wurde. Das Volumen des Reaktors kann während der Durchführung chemischer Reaktionen durch Verschieben des Stempels verändert werden, was bei herkömmlichen Systemen (Reaktorkartuschen) nicht der Fall ist. Der feste Träger befindet sich während der Reaktion in der Spritze zwischen Stempel und Filterscheibe. Durch die Verwendung eines gasdichten Stempels ist es möglich, Chemikalien über eine aufgesetzte Kanüle aufzuziehen und wieder auszudrücken. Durch die Verwendung inerter Materialien wie Glas, Teflon und Polyolefin lassen sich Reaktionen mit beliebigen Chemikalien durchführen. Der beschriebene Reaktor wird hergestellt aus einer gasdichten Präzisionsspritze aus Glas. Die beschriebene Vorrichtung ist insbesondere geeignet zur manuellen Durchführung der Synthese von Peptiden und Oligonucleotiden an festen Trägern, sowie den damit in Zusammenhang stehenden Reaktionen.When handling solid carriers for chemical reactions, various manipulations lead to losses of carrier.
