The invention relates to a device for holding keys and the like*

Devices in the form of key boxes or the like are known in the prior art, whereby these practically consist of a cabinet with lockable doors. A number of key hooks are arranged on the rear wall of the cabinet, on which keys can be placed.

Based on this state of the art, the invention is based on the object of creating a device for holding keys which, while requiring relatively little space, makes it possible to hold a large number of keys and to protect these keys from unauthorized access. To solve this problem, it is proposed that two cylindrical sleeves, in particular with a circular cross-section, be rotatable relative to one another.
