Die Figur zeigt ein Aufnahmegehäuse 1 sowie zwei Kontaktkammeiteile 2, welche durch eine seitliche öffnung 3 in das Aufnahmegehäuse 1 eingeschoben werden können. Die Kontaktkammerteile 2 werden jeweils von zwei Reihen von Kontaktkammern 4 durchsetzt, welche von hier nicht dargestellten Kontaktelementen bestückbar sind. An die Kontaktelemente sind Leitungen 5 angeschlagen. Aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit sind nur einige der Leitungen 5 gezeichnet. Im vollbestückten Zustand führt aus jeder Kontaktkammer 4 eine Leitung 5. Das Aufnahmegehäuse 1 besitzt an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Innenseiten 12, die sich psrsliel zu den Kontaktkammern erstrecken, jeweils einen parallel zur Einsteckrichtung verlaufenden Steg 6, welcher mit einer am Kontaktkammerteil 2 angebrachten Nut 7 zusammenwirkt. In der Nut 7 des Kontaktkammerteils 2 ist eine Rastnase 8 angebracht. Die Rastnase 8 ist so bemessen, daß sie eine geringere Höhe hat, als die Nut 7 tief ist. Die Nase 8 kann daher den Steg 6 nicht vollständig aus der Nut 7 herausdrücken. Die Führungsfunktion der Nut-Steg-Verbindung bleibt dadurch auch beim Einschieben erhalten. Korrespondierend zu der Rastnase 8 am Kontaktkammerteil 2 befindet sich im Steg 6 des Aufnahmegehäuses 1 ein Rastfenster 9 in welches die Rastnase 8 einrastet. Die mit dem Steg 6 versehenen Wände des Aufnahmegehäuses 1 sind elastisch nachgiebig ausgebildet, so daß sie durch die Rastnase 8 nach außen gedrückt werden können, solange die Nase 8 nicht in das Rastfenster 9 eingerastet ist.The figure shows a housing 1 and two contact chamber parts 2, which can be inserted into the housing 1 through a side opening 3.
