The invention has the purpose

1. to incorporate commercially available crown corks and screw caps into so-called ■stand-up tops (in the form of a 3/4 ball or mushroom cap).

In addition, recesses/cavities in the gyro body " ^r " should be designed so that materials of all kinds can be introduced.

2. to provide the so-called 'stand-up' tops (in the form of a 3/4 ball or mushroom cap) with either an internal screw thread or a plug-in opening, so that they can also be used as screw/plug-in caps on all types of containers.

So-called 'stand-up tops' in the shape of a 3/4 sphere or mushroom cap are very popular, among other things because of the physical gyroscopic phenomenon that is inexplicable to laypeople: If you rotate the scand foot with your thumb and index finger, the top changes its position by 180 degrees during the spinning process and continues to spin on the foot. It basically stands on its head.

1. The 'stand-up' spinning tops ¹ currently on the market all have the disadvantage that advertising can only be applied by complex printing processes.

With the new design, crown caps, screw caps, printed and unprinted materials of all kinds can be inserted into recesses and openings in the top body and used for advertising purposes without the top losing its spinning properties.

2. Screw-on lids for all types of containers are available in a wide variety of variations and shapes. Main purpose: closing.

In the manner described below, stand-up spinning tops now have a plug-in or screw thread so that they can also be used as screw/plug-in lids. In addition to their practical use (closing, sales aid), the screw/plug-in lid can also be used as a toy/promotional item.

My invention is structurally solved as follows:

1. Stand-up spinning top (in the form of a 3/4 ball or mushroom cap) designed so that crown corks, screw caps, printed or unprinted materials of all kinds can be inserted/poured into the cavities or openings provided for this purpose in the spinning top body, which consists of one or two parts, without losing the specific spinning top properties.

Stand-up spinning top (fig. 1a), characterized in that the spinning top head is designed in such a way that commercially available crown corks (fig. 1a, b) and screw caps (fig. 1, b) are inserted inside or outside so that they serve as advertising space carriers in the spinning top head. 2. Stand-up gyro (Fig. 1c) according to claim 1, characterized in that there is a screw thread in the gyro head into which commercially available screw caps (b) are screwed from the outside. 3. Stand-up spinning top (Fig. 1d) according to claim 1, characterized in that one or more hollow bodies (c) are formed in the spinning top body (a + b), which serve as advertising space supports for holding materials of all kinds. 4. Stand-up gyro (Fig. 2a) according to claims 1 - 3, characterized in that a screw thread (a) is additionally incorporated in the gyro body, so that the stand-up gyro serves as a screw cap. 5.
