Description
Die Zuführung von Lagenisolationspapier beim Wickeln von Spulen bereitet insofern Schwierigkeiten, als ;der Draht das Papier am Ende !einer Lage einseitig zu fassen bekommt und dann der Papierstreifen selbst eine Ablenkung erfährt und nicht senkrecht zur Spufenachse, sonldern verkantet eingeschossen wind. Durch die Erfindung wix.d dieser Nachteil .dadurch vermieden, rdaß ein nachgiebig sich gegen,den zu wickelnden Spulenkörper anlegendes Zuführungsband für !den Draht und das Papier vorgesehen ist. Mit c ist derPapierstreifen i.mAu.genblick des Einschießens dargestellt. Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, wird ider Papierstreifen zwischen :dem Spulenumfang und dem elastischen Band eingeschossen. Er wird hierbei auf seiner ganzen Breite von -dem Band und dem :daraufliegenden Draht erfaßt und zwischen,das Band und den Umfang des Spulenkörpers gezogen. Selbst wenn der Draht am Ende einer Lage einseitig mit dem Papierstreifen c in Berührung kommt, kann hierbei kein Verkanten ;des Papiers eintreten. Bei ortsfester Lagerung der losen Rollen f .und,; ist das Band b aus elastischem Werkstoff herzustellen, damit es auch bei urrunden Spulenkörpern immer eng an dem Spulenkörper anliegt. Statt dessen kann die Anordnung ,auch so getroffen sein, daß ,die losen Rollen f und, g elastisch gelagert sind, derart, daß sich ihr gegenseitiger Abstand verändern kann; in diesem Fall kann Idas Band b aus unelastischem Werkstoff bestehen.An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing.
