Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Tonlochpolster, wie es zum Abdichten Ton Tonlöchern im Korpus von Holzblasinstrumenten verwendet wird. Es ist bekannt, zum Verschließen der Tonlöcher Polster zu verwenden, die aus unterschiedlichen Materialien und Materialkombinationen gefertigt werden. Zur Verwendung gelangen u.a.: Naturkork, Filz, Schaf- und Ziegenleder, Goldschlägerhaut, Gummi und Silikonkautschuk. Diese Tonlochpolster sind in sog. Deckeln an Klappenteilen der Oboenmechanik befestigt. Herkömmliche Oboenpolster weisen verschiedene Mängel auf . Sie speichern Feuchtigkeit, was zum Quellen , schlechtem Sitz auf dem Tonlochrand und zu Nebengeräuschen beim Blasen des Instrumentes, sowie zu einer schlechteren Ansprache desselben führen kann , sie verstärken u, U. durch harten Aufschlag die Mechanikgeräusche und unterliegem einem hohen Verschleiß, der zum Austausch der Polster in kurzen Zeitintervallen führen kann. Sofern die Polster mit öl, das zur Pflege der Mechanik benutzt wird, in Kontakt kommen, neigen sie zum Haften auf dem Tonlochrand. Polster aus stark elastischen Materialien wie Gummi und Silikonkautschuk werden durch auf sie ausgeübten Fingerdruck in der Dicke vermindert, was zu mangelhafter Präzision im Ineinandergreifen verbundener Mechanikteiie und zu schlechter Tonlochabdeckung führen kann.The invention relates to a tone hole pad, as used to seal tone holes in the body of woodwind instruments.
