Nach einem bekannten Vorschlag -werden für die Herstellung von dünnwandigen Hohlkörpern aus Stahl mittels des an sich für Nichteisenmetalle bekannten Kaltspritzverfahrens als Vorwerkstücke -.napfartige Rohlinge benutzt, die durch Pressen oder Ziehen von aus Platten ausgestanzten Ronden hergestellt sind. ,Die mehr oder weniger verquetschte Schnittfläche derartiger Ronden muß vor oder nach der Herstellung des Napfes z. B. durch Abdrehen entfernt werden. Es entsteht also mit dem Ausstanzen der Ronden und dem Entfernen des Schnittgrates ein nicht geringer Werkstoffverlust. Dazu kommt die Arbeit .des Entfernens des Schnittgrates und die Notwendigkeit besonderer Einrichtungen.
