MEDITATIONS-PYRAMIDEMEDITATION PYRAMID
Die MEDITATIONS-PYRAMIDE ist eine, aus mehreren speziellen Holzleisten zusammensteckbare, Pyramiden-Konstruktion, welche mit einer eigens dafür angefertigten Stoffauflage bespannt wird. Um eine störungsfreie Wirkung im Sinne der esoterischen Pyramidengesetze zu erreichen wurde für die MEDITATIONSPYRAMIDE eine gänzlich metallfreie Konstruktion entwickelt, deren große Stabilität bei geringem Gewicht durch nev^rtige Detaillösungen möglich wurde. Auf diese Lösungen und den Aufbaa der Konstruktion soll in folgender Beschreibung eingegangen werden. Fig.4 zeigt die MEDITATIONS-PYRAMIDE im zusammengebauten Zustand (Wegen der Übersicht auf den Längen geschnitten). Fig.1 und Fig.1.1 zeigen die Eckverbindungen, Fig.2 zeigt die Spitzenverbindung und Fig.3, 3.1, 3.2 zeigen das Kantenprofil und die anschließenden Verbindungen.The MEDITATION PYRAMID is a pyramid construction made of several special wooden strips that can be put together and covered with a specially made fabric cover. sowie 12 identischen Hartholz-Dübeln (A,B1C), die mit dem Dübelschlüssel (D) eingeschoben (Aufbau), bzw. raüsgestoßen (Abbau) werden.and 12 identical hardwood dowels (A, B 1 C), which are inserted (assembly) or pushed out (dismantling) with the dowel key (D).
2. Das Material:2. The material:
Die Dasis-Leisten, die Basis-Steckprofile, die KANTENPROFILE sowie Jie Einsteck-Spitze sind aus Raminholz gefertigt. Die 4 ECK-VERBINDER als auch der SPITZEN-STECK-VERBINDER sind aus schichtverleimten finnischem Birkenholz hergestellt. Alle Dübel sind aus Buchenholz. Der ECKVERBINDER ist ein quadratisch zugeschnittenes, ca. 2 cm starkes, schichtverleimtes HolzstUck (2), daß über die von außen nach innen verlaufende Diagonale zu zwei Dritteln eingeschnitten ist. Dieser Schnitt (3) dieni zur ÄüfiiHniiiS des KANTENPROFILS (4). Senkrecht zu diesem Schnitt läuft in der äußeren Hälfte seiner Länge eine Bohrung (R) durch das HolzstUck. Sie dient zur Aufnähme des Dübels (A), der das KANTENPROFIL mittels der Bohrung (X) formschlüssig mit dem Holzstück verbindet. An den Innenkanten des ECKVERBINDERS ist je eine Nut (0,P) ausgefräst, in Welche die Basisleiste (1) eingeleimt (0), bzw* die Innenleiste des Basis-Steckprofils (3) eingesteckt (P) wird. Durch die fUtte der Nut (P) in welche die Innenleiste eingesteckt wird, verläuft waagerecht eine Bohrung (Q) von der Außenkante zur Innenkante des Holzstückes. Sie dient zur Aufnahme des Dübels (B), der die Leiste mittels der Bohrung (F) formschlüssig mit dem Holzstück verbindet. Alle Kanten des ECKVERBINDERS sind zur Vorbeugung von Schnittverletzungen durch Schleifen gebrochen.The CORNER CONNECTOR is a square-cut, approximately 2 cm thick, laminated piece of wood (2) that is cut two -thirds of the way along the diagonal that runs from the outside to the inside. Der SPITZEN-STECKVERBINDER ist ein achteckiges, schichtverleimtes, ca. 4 cm starkes Holzstück mit acht, fast gleichgroßen Seitenflächen, In die vier kleineren Seitenflächen ist jeweils eine Nut (N) eingefräst, die von der Unterseite des Holzstücks zur Oberseite läuft. Zwischen den gegenüberliegenden Nuten bleibt soviel Holz (H) stehen wie die Einsteckspitze (6) stark ist, so daß diese genau zwischen die auslaufenden Mittelleisten der KANTENPROFILE eingesteckt werden kann. (Fig»3.2). Die angefaste Spitze (6*1) der Einsteck-Spitze bildet die Stoffauflage am höchsten Punkt der MEDITA-TIONS-PYRAMIPE. Durch alle Nuten verläuft waagerecht eine Bohrung (Z) von einer großen Seitenfläche zur nächsten, wobei sie abwechselnd im oberen und im unteren Drittel gebohrt wird. Die Nuten dienen zur Aufnahme der vier KÄNTENPROFILE, welche mittels der Dübel (C) durch die Bohrungen (Z) des Holzstücks, und den Bohrungen (Y) in den Profilen, formschlüssig mit dem Holzstück verbunden werden (Fig.3.2). Alle Kanten des SPITZENSTECKVERBINDERS sind zur Vorbeugung von Schnittverletzungen durch Schleifen gebrochen.The TIP CONNECTOR is an octagonal, layer-glued, approximately 4 cm thick piece of wood with eight almost equally sized side surfaces. Am unteren Ende der Mittelleiste befindet sich die Bohrung (X) zur Befestigung aiii ECKVERBINDER, und am oberen Ende die Bohrung (Y) zur Befestigung am SPITZEN-STECKVERBINDER. Das untere Ende des Profils ist so angeschnitten, daß es mit dem ECKVERBINDER exnen sauberen Abschluß bildet (Fig.3.1), das obere Ende so, daß es mit der EINSTECK-SPITZE (6) abschließt (Fig.3.2).thus protrudes, and a gap (K) remains between the strips that corresponds to their thickness. Dadurch lassen sich sich die Dübel leicht mit dem Dübelschlüssel (D) herein- und herausdrücken. Durch die Passgenauigkeit der Profile in den Nuten wird ein seitliches Verrutschen verhindert, und die MEDITATIONS-PYRAMIDE bleibt im Kreuzvinkel stabil.All identical parts of the MEDITATION PYRAMID are identical and interchangeable, so that a strict order of assembly is not necessary.
