Verbindungsdübel für Holzbauuerke.Connecting dowels for timber construction.
Die F.rfindung bezieht sich auf einen zylindrischen Fletalldübel, der mit mindestens zuei Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Stahl Stabdübel, versehen ist. Dieser Dubai dient insbesondere zum zusammenfügen von Kanthölzern, Balken und Bohlen, wie sie im allgemeinen Holzbau Verwendung finden. Der, aus einem verzinkten Stahlrohr bestehende Dübel, wird in vorgebohrte Löcher der zu verbindenden Hölzer eingelassen und mittels Stahl 5tabdübel verriegelt. Dieses System bietet die Möglichkeit, mehrere Hölzer mit nur einem Dübel aneinander zu fügen. Die bisher bekannten metallische Holzverbinder bestehen gröstenteils aus einer Vielzahl entsprechend geformter Bleche, die als Krallenplatten, Nagelplatten oder Blechformteilverbinder auf das zu verbindende Holzteil mittels spezieller Maschinen gepreGt, bzw. mit viel Zeitaufwand am Bau aufgenagelt werden. E o4-B ) Lin Verbinder, der dem erfindungsgemäGen Verbindungsdübel ähnelt, ist in P. 28o777o-5-25 dargestellt, es muG jedoch darauf hingewiesen werden, daß die Herstellung dieser Verbinder kostenaufwendig ist, wobei dieses bystem für klpindimensionierte hülzer kaum einsetzbar sein wird, abgesehen davon schwächt dieser Verbinder einige Holzteile enorm stark und nimmt dazu noch sehr viel Flontäqezeit in Anspruch.The invention relates to a cylindrical sheet metal dowel, which is provided with at least one holes for receiving steel rod dowels.
