Dacheindeckung mit V/armWässerbereitungRoof covering with V/arm water preparation
The invention relates to a roof covering with hot water preparation, in particular through solar radiation, consisting of roof tiles such as plain tiles, concrete roof tiles etc. with a flange attached thereto for hanging on a roof substructure such as roof battens.
Roof coverings that generate energy from solar radiation are well known. In particular , solar cells are used to convert solar energy into electricity, which can then be used to heat water. However, solar cells are expensive and their production is very harmful to the environment.
The invention is based on the task of creating a roof covering with hot water preparation that is particularly simple and inexpensive as well as easy and quick to install on existing roof structures*
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe dienen die Merkmale des Anspruchs Die Unteransprüche enthalten zweckmäßige weitere Ausbildungen*The features of the claim serve to solve this problem. The subclaims contain useful further developments*
The roof covering according to the invention is characterized by its particular simplicity and surprisingly high effectiveness. It is easy to install even by unskilled workers, even using a do-it-yourself method, and it is very inexpensive. The plastic pipe is led in a curve from one row of tiles to the next. The pipe system embedded in the roof tiles also offers increased protection against storm damage, because the roof tiles cannot easily come loose from their structure. Gaps between the rows of roof tiles and other exposed pipe parts can be covered with insulating adhesive strips to prevent heat loss. One could also consider installing sprinter valves in the gaps.

3 can be a plastic hose, as is commercially available in large lengths. The nose 1 is used to hang the roof tile 2 in the usual way on a roof batten 7. When roofing, the roof tiles 2 can easily be threaded onto the plastic hose, or the pipe 3 can be pushed through a row of roof tiles 2 that have already been laid. The nose 1 can also be designed with a moderate interruption 5 to reduce the weight of the roof tiles 2. The hole 4 is then arranged in the two remaining nose parts 1', 11. At the end of a row of roof tiles, the plastic hose is led in a curve to the next row. A pipe or hose coupling can also be provided in this curve area if necessary. Sprinkler valves could also be arranged in the intermediate spaces 5 or at other suitable points in the pipe 3.
Figure 2 shows the roof tiles 2 in the Yerband, with semicircular grooves 6 open to the outside being provided in the nose 1 instead of the bore 4. The plastic hose 3 can thus be clamped into the undercut groove 6, whereby it is held automatically.
The exposed surfaces of the plastic hose 3 can be covered with an insulating adhesive strip. Such insulation could also be arranged on the hose bends between two rows of bricks.
