Soweit derartige Trägerrahmen Verwendung finden, ist Vollmaterial vorgesehen. Das hat verschiedene Nachteile. Ein wesentlicher Nachteil ist der hohe Materialaufwand zur Erreichung einer notwendigen Mindeststeifigkeit bz«. Festigkeit für den Trägerrahmen. Hinzu kommen noch andere Nachteile. Zu den wesentlichsten Nachteilen gehört eine lange Abkühl dauer, bevor derartige Trägerrahmen belastbar sind.Where such support frames are used, solid material is provided. Nacn der Erfindung wird das dadurch erreicht, daß die Trägerrahmen im Querschnitt ein U-förmiges oder H-förmiges oder V-förmiges Profil aufweisen. Bei gleicher Biegefestigkeit bzw. Steifigkeit läßt sich mit derart geformten Trägerrahmen eine beträchtliche Materialeinsparung erzielen. Die Materialeinsparung läßt sich noch durch Armierung des Kunststoffes steigern. Besonders geeignet sind Armierungen aus Glasfasern. Bereits Faseranteile von 5 - 20 % bewirken eine wesentliche Versteifung des Träcjerrahmens.The invention is based on the object of eliminating the disadvantages of conventional plastic injection molded support frames.
