The present innovation relates to a device for keeping plants and animals alive, in particular fish.

Such aquariums, terrariums or plant containers are traditionally placed on flat surfaces. The aim of the present innovation, however, is to create such devices for attachment to walls.

The solution to this problem consists in a device of the _type mentioned above, which differs from the state of the art by the following features:

a) it consists of a half-shell-shaped, transparent container ( Fig. 1 ),

b) the container (Fig.1) has a watertight, fitted flat rear wall (Fig.1.1) with a wall mounting.

c) the rear wall ( Fig. 1.1 ) contains filters ( Fig. 3 ), oxygen supply, heating and protuberances for lighting (/ Fig. 2.1 ),

d) the back wall ( Fig. 1.1 ) is provided with a reflective surface ( Fig. 1.3 ) facing the viewer.

The innovation according to the invention serves as a decorative element for attachment to walls, aquariums and terrariums as decorative wall elements have not been known to date.
