Description

Elektrische Käftdensatorien, z. B. Wickelkondensatoren, öderen Metallbelegungen auf Dielektrikumbändern durch Metallisieren hergestellt sind, werden'im allgemeinen auf den Stirnseiten mit meistaufgespritzten Metallbrücken versellen, um an diesen die Zuleitungselektroden des Stromkreises anschließen zu können. Die Verwendung derartiger Metallbrücken für den Stromanschluß bringt jedoch Schwierigkeiten mit sich, und zwar deshalb, weil eine Änderung des auf den Kondensatorwickel ausgeübten Preßdrucks leicht zu einem Abplatzen der Metallbrücken führen kann. Eine Änderung des Preßdrucks ist jedoch erwünscht, weil beim Tränken der Kondensatoren das Tränkmittel besser eindringt bei einem geringen Preßdruck, während für die nachfolgende Behandlung und den Betrieb des Kondensators ein hoher Preßdruck erforderlich ist. Man könnte deshalb daran denken, die M - etallbrücken auf den Stirnseiten erst nach dem Tränken bei erhöhtem Preßdruck aufzubringen. Als Metallfolie eignet sich dazu jedes lötfähige Metall, auch Aluminium, z.
