Closed spring washer for the axially resilient mounting of the roller bearings
of revolving center punch points The invention relates to a closed spring ring
for axial suspension, the one for the axially resilient mounting of the rolling bearings of moving
Grain tips is determined. Such closed spring washers are already in themselves
known in the form of disc springs, which in their shape and the inclination of the cross section
correspond roughly to the edge part of a plate. These disc springs are not reliable
Support of the parts to be stored or the roller bearings, because their outer diameter
enlarged at higher loads and accordingly the fitting with corresponding play
of the outside diameter must be carried out. It also stands for the transmission of the axial
Pressure only a linear contact between the disc spring and the race
of the roller bearing on the one hand or the housing of the center point on the other hand.
The largest diameter of the disc spring (plant on one side) must be essential
be larger than the smallest: diameter (plant on the other side), so that
a sufficient resilient effect is achieved at all. This peculiarity of the design
has the consequence that the pressure transmitted to the raceway of the rolling elements is not in
straight towards the housing, but over the outermost / edge of the raceway
transferred to the much smaller diameter of the smallest system of the spring
will. This means a high level of stress on the raceway and, accordingly, a risk of breakage.
In addition, the position of the plate spring can easily change so that
the rolling bearings. Set at an angle to the center axis of the housing. Furthermore is directed
also the flexibility of the disc springs to a large extent according to the degree of hardness, whereby
the production is associated with particular difficulties. Such disc springs
are
also only applicable where there is enough space in the radial direction, there
the resilient effect lies in the width of the material crossover.
For the above reasons, the use of such springs is limited
and especially for the individual support of several stepped roller bearings one behind the other
not suitable. The risk of breakage of such disc springs is great, and it is
it is doubtful whether such springs will return to their original position when overloaded
go back.
For the axial support of rolling bearings with rotating center centers
annular wave springs have also been proposed. These consist of closed
Rings that have waves that run in the axial direction while maintaining the same cross-section
exhibit. These springs also have the disadvantage that when the pressure is absorbed,
i.e. in the event of deflection, the outside diameter of the spring increases. So you have to
can also be used with play. As a result, the at
Center point of the usual horizontal arrangement, the wave spring moves eccentrically,
which also creates an eccentric support. Furthermore, the exact
Manufacture of a wave spring, such as that used for the storage of center point roller bearings
is needed; difficult, because in the production, especially in the pressing,
no precision work is possible. In addition, this is also the case with these wave springs
'The risk of breakage is quite high because the springs work properly when they are properly hardened
is dependent.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are to be avoided by
that a flat ring serves as a spring ring, the same on the top and bottom
Has spaced apart protrusions, of which those of the top
offset to those of the bottom, preferably in the middle between
two projections each on the underside.
Spring washers of this type are known per se. In the drawing there are two
Embodiments shown according to the invention. Fig. I shows a top view
on a spring ring; Fig. 2 is a front view, Fig. 3 is a front view, one
Spring washer in a different design; Fig. 4 a longitudinal section through the storage
a center punch with various roller bearings and built-in spring washer.
Der geschlossene ebene.F'ederring i weist mehrere in gleichem Abstand
The closed, plane spring ring i has several equally spaced
mutually arranged projections 2, on the top and an equal number
such projections 3 on the underside. The projections 2 of the top lie
in the middle between two projections 3 on the bottom. The rigidity of a
Such a spring can be selected by different selection of the ring cross-section and the distance
can be changed between the individual projections: The pressure is transferred
when using such a spring .precisely axially. Tilting or inclining the
Spring is impossible because the evenly distributed projections .a good contact surface
Offer. In the application example according to Fig. 4, 4 denotes the circumferential center punch,
5 a radial roller bearing "6 a thrust ball bearing, 7 a smaller thrust ball bearing and
S the case. As can be seen from the drawing, the two are axial ball bearings
6 and 7 each supported with .einem spring washer 9 and io. The small cross-sectional dimensions
these springs 9 and io: allow the individual support of several
Axial bearings without increasing the dimensions of the housing.
The spring washer can, as shown in Fig. I, from a single
Piece. However, it can also advantageously consist of several parts as shown in Fig. 3,
two or more smooth, level, one on top of the other the spring washers i.i and several
as' projections serving parts 12 and 13, be composed, preferably
with the external spring washers 14 and; 15 consist of one piece or with
these are firmly connected by rivets or the like. This type of construction has the advantage
that the stiffness of the spring depending on the requirements' by laying on top of each other
a corresponding number of smooth spring washers 1.1 can be determined. the
Spring washers i i can be punched out of sheet steel and lined up in any number
will. The projections 12 and 13 are independent of the rings parts
Housing or attached to the race of the rolling bearing.
.The height of the projections? "3 or 12 and 13, can be limited so
that when exceptional axial pressures occur, those lying between the projections
Parts of the spring washer come to rest on the housing, so that further deflection
is prevented: This prevents an unintentional loosening of the workpiece and at the same time
prevents overstressing of the ring spring. .
