Dabei scheiden sich die gebildeten Doppelsalze entweder sofort oder nach demEindampfen der Lösung als helle Pulver ab. Zur Ausfällung der Doppelsalze kann man auch die Reaktionslösung mit organischen Lösungsmitteln versetzen. Beispiel 295 Teile saures Cholincitrat werden in q.oo Teilen Wasser gelöst und unter Rühren mit 74 Teilen Calciumhydroxyd versetzt. Das Reaktionsgemisch erwärmt sich auf etwa 5o°, wobei das Calciumhydroxyd vollkommen in Lösung geht.
