Description
Die Eifindung - betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Verstellen von Drehbänkfutterbacken., in die eine Gewindespindel eingreift. Bei den bisher bekannten-Drehbankfutterbacken, ob sie von Hand oder elektrisch angetrieben werden, besteht der übelstand, daß die Spannbacken, auch wenn sie mach ihrem Ein-,spannen, im Futter ausgedreht und ausgeschliffen sind, wie es, normalerweise der Fall ist, durch den Verschleiß' nicht mehr rund laufeng, so, daß das Futter nicht mehr dien Forderungen der modernen Technik entspricht. Man hat zwar bereits. versucht, diesen Übelständen dadurch abzuhelfen, daß man die Backen mit, dünnem Papier oder Blech hinter-. . legte, jedoch kann es sich dabei nur um eine Behelfs@m-a,ßnahme handeln. ' Dieses: Problem hat in der Erfindung eine Lösung gefunden.. Sie besteht darin,. daß die mit den Spannbacken gekuppelte Gewindespindel in. ihrem Uage:r "' axial einstellbar ist. Nunmnehr ist es möglich, mit Hilfe dieser Spindel die Spannbacken bei nicht ausreichender Rundlaüfgenauigkeit in einfacher und sicherer Weise so zu verstellen, daß die gewünschte Rundlaufgenauigkeit exzi`elt wird. So, ist es nach der Erfindung möglich., ein Drehbankfutter zu erhalten, welches einwandfrei arbeitet., -In den Figuren sind Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung dargestellt.
