Abstract

The subject matter of the innovation is a sales magazine according to the generic term of claim 1 _;

Up to now, such sales magazines have been known in the form of tool boxes, where a plastic deep-drawn part is arranged in a box and a magnetic holder, a screwdriver and various bits are arranged in the openings formed in the plastic deep-drawn part. The disadvantage of this design is that only a very limited number of bits can be accommodated in these plastic inserts, because only one bit can be inserted into each opening. Another disadvantage of the known design is that such a sales unit can only be sold in conjunction with the ratchet and the magnetic holder, which is often not desired.

The innovation is therefore based on the task of developing a sales magazine of the type mentioned above in such a way that a large number of bits of different sizes can be stored in a very small space and can be easily removed.

To solve the problem, the innovation is characterized in that bit magazines that can be removed on one or both sides are arranged on a central box on which holders for a tool ratchet and for a magnet holder are provided, and in each bit magazine a row of individual magazines are arranged in which the bits are stacked on top of each other in rows on a spring plate, whereby the spring plate can be moved vertically in the individual magazine under spring load and the bits can be removed via a removal opening on the top of the individual magazine.

achieved because by stacking bits on top of each other in individual magazines, with a large number of individual magazines arranged in a bit magazine box, there is the advantage that a large number of bits can be arranged in a small space and that these bits are still easy to remove. This is because the bits are stacked on top of each other in each individual magazine and the bottom bit is supported by a spring plate, which is so strong in its length that all bits can be removed via an upper, front-side removal opening. Bits of the same size are stored in each individual magazine, but each individual magazine can contain bits of different sizes.

The fact that the bit magazine is detachably connected to the center box means that the bit magazines can be sold separately without having to buy the center box as well.

With the arrangement described, a large number of rits of different sizes are presented in a small space and can be easily removed.

The subject matter of the present innovation arises not only from the subject matter of the individual protection claims, but also from the combination of the individual protection claims with one another. All information and features disclosed in the documents, in particular the spatial design shown in the drawings, are claimed as essential to the invention insofar as they are new individually or in combination compared to the prior art.

In the following, the innovation is explained in more detail using drawings that only show one way of carrying out the invention. The drawings and their descriptions reveal further features and advantages of the innovation that are essential to the invention.

The sales magazine 1 according to the illustrations consists of a central box 2, which is designed as an injection-molded part and is made, for example, of the plastic material Styrolux. This has walls all around, an open box side, and an upper cover side in which a holder 10 for a magnet holder and a holder 11 for a ratchet are molded.

The two parts mentioned (magnet holder and ratchet) are inserted into the receptacles 10,11 which are open at the top.

The middle box 2 is designed in two parts and consists of a base part 8 and a cover 9 which can be snapped onto the base part 8, wherein a snap-in connection 12 arranged on two sides of the base part 8 connects the cover 9 to the base part 8.

Instead of the described locking connection between the base part 8 and the lid 9, a hinge connection between the lid and the base part can also be provided. Both a film hinge and a hinge designed separately can be used; it is also possible for the lid 9 to be displaceable with corresponding guides on the base part 8 so that it can simply be pushed onto the base part and pushed off again.

The lid is preferably made of a crystal-clear plastic material, while this is not necessary for the plastic material of the base part.

According to Figure 1 and Figure 3, dovetail guides 6 are formed on the side of the center box 2, with lateral bit magazines 3, 4 being removably inserted into these dovetail guides.

This arrangement has the significant advantage that the bit magazines are arranged interchangeably on the center box and as a result bit magazines of different sizes and different numbers of individual magazines 5 can be attached to the center box 2.

\ Instead of using 2 identical bit magazines 3,4, it is also possible to design the centre box in such a way that only a single bit magazine is attached; here the bit magazine could, for example, be pushed onto the back of the centre box.

The dovetail guides on both sides of the center box are designed in such a way that it is also possible to detachably connect the two bit magazines 3, 4 directly via the dovetail guides arranged there, whereby the center box 2 is then removed.

In a further development of the present innovation, it can be provided that an upwardly projecting tab is formed, for example in extension to the front and rear sides of the respective bit magazine, in which a standardized opening is made, so that the bit magazines can be hung individually on sales supports in order to ensure a better presentation in the sales market.

It is also possible to attach tabs shaped in this way and projecting upwards to the center box 2.

Each bit magazine 3 consists of a base plate 13, which is connected to the front wall 18 and the rear wall 19 via a corresponding adhesive or welded connection.

Individual magazines 5 are defined between these two walls 18, 19, namely by parallel side walls 15, 16 which are spaced apart from one another and which form a receiving space 23 between them in which the bits 20 are arranged in stacks one above the other.

It is important that a spring plate 17 is arranged in the receiving space 23, which rests on the base plate supported by one or more springs 14, and that this spring plate 17 is arranged in the receiving space 23 so as to be displaceable in the vertical direction, the length of the springs 14 being dimensioned such that even the last bit resting on the spring plate 17 can be removed through the upper removal opening 21.

The individual magazine 5 is pierced at the top of its cover surface by a slot, on the front and rear sides of which, according to Figure 1, there are also openings 24 that widen the slot and are intended to form an engagement space for the user's thumb or other fingers, so that it is easily possible to grasp the surface of the uppermost bit 20 protruding through the slot 22 with the thumb or another finger and push it forward in the direction of arrow 25 out of a front-side removal opening 21.

s With regard to the previously mentioned openings 24, which are intended to facilitate gripping the bit 20, it is also added that the openings 24 are designed in such a way that the slot in the width shown only extends in the region of a central part 26 on the cover surface of the individual magazine 5, while the openings 24 are then wider than the slot, so that the bit can then be removed with the finger or with a removal tool provided for this purpose.

It is also important that the distance between the side walls 15, 16 arranged parallel to one another is different, so that different bit sizes can be arranged next to one another in the bit magazine 3 and all bits are then accessible from above through the respective slot 22 of the individual magazine 5 and can

each be pushed forward through the removal opening 21 in the direction of arrow 25.

It is also important that the bit magazine 3, 4 is made of a transparent plastic material, or that at least the front end wall 18 is made of a transparent plastic material, so that one can see from the side of the end wall 18 how many bits are arranged in each individual magazine 5.

In a further development of the present invention, it can be provided that the side walls 15, 16 can be plugged onto the base plate 13 and are guided in corresponding grooves on the front wall 18 and the rear wall 19, so that the distance between the side walls 15, 16 can be adjusted within certain limits.

Here it is possible to use bit inserts of different widths by changing the width of the respective individual magazine.
