The innovation concerns an orthopedic footbed and correction insole for the correction, support or bedding of foot deformities.
Hit den her-The foot as a load-bearing, bony element is the basis for the structure of the human skeletal system. Static misalignments and changes lead to a chain of different diseases. Every second or third German citizen is affected by foot misalignments. In particular, as people get older, the arch tensions in the foot become weaker. The arches sink, the foot becomes longer and wider. In line with the changed statics, the natural sole cushion also disappears, which worsens the overall trophism. Finally, toe misalignments and pressure sores develop. For a long time, attempts have been made to create an artificial aid for correcting, supporting or bedding foot deformities with orthopedic shoe insoles. The well-known insoles are made of cork, leather, metal-leather or plastic based on plaster casts of the foot. Hit the her-

Although the insoles are able to provide the right support through the impression or negative shaping/ arch lowering, it is also possible to adjust the insoles to the load conditions of the foot. However, the orthotic foot care is very passive and hardly provides any meaningful relief. This mainly relates to standing, with relief in the rear medial third and in the metatarsal area being achieved through support with a splayfoot pad.
The object of the invention is to design an insole according to the generic term of claim 1 in such a way that it ensures optimal relief for the human gait, so that many illnesses caused by static misalignments, such as knee, hip and spinal disorders, are significantly improved. The solution according to the invention is characterized by the fact that the insole has several areas of different strengths (hardness values). The different strengths can be achieved by using appropriate material densities.
Preferably, an insert is made up of components of different strengths. These can be welded together and individually injection-molded from foam.
An der Unterseite sind die Klettenbandstücke seitlich umgebogen und gegen komplementäre Klettenverschlußteile drückbar, so daß eine Sicherung gegen eine Verschiebung aus demIn a further advantageous embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, a spreading pad that can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the foot is provided to support the hetatarsal area of the foot. The spreading pad can be designed to be interchangeable with two Velcro strips that pass through the insert. On the underside, the Velcro strips are bent laterally and can be pressed against complementary Velcro fasteners, so that a safeguard against displacement from the

It has been shown that at least four different strength levels are advantageous, which can be distributed over at least six, preferably ten insert areas.
The insole designed according to the invention allows individual load transfer of the point-by-point differing pressure and load areas of the foot through different material parts, which are individually combined to form a dynamic load area and enable individual arch correction. In this way, the irritation zones of the sole of the foot can be protected in particular and pressure calluses or heel spurs can be avoided.
It is indicated for use as a dynamic correction and relief insole for all changes in the shape of the foot and arch statics in children and adults, for forefoot changes with toe misalignments and for individual relief of pressure calluses, as well as for rearfoot changes with misalignments and for relief of spur and heel edge irritations.
The use of wear-resistant materials guarantees a long service life. A key advantage is the preservation of residual ligament and muscular functions, as rigid relief to preserve the arch dynamics is avoided.
In the drawing, two embodiments of the invention are shown purely schematically and explained below.

Fig. 2 eine schaubildliche Darstellung der Einlage gemäß Fig. 1 schräg von unten undFig. 2 a diagrammatic representation of the insert according to Fig. 1 obliquely from below and
Fig. 3 eine aus acht Bauteilen zusammengesetzte Einlage sit vier verschiedenen Festigkeitswerten, deren Verteilung von der Einlage gemäß Figur 1 und 2 abweicht .Fig. 3 an insert composed of eight components with four different strength values, the distribution of which differs from the insert according to Figures 1 and 2.
Die Festigkeit - und damit Härtestufen nehmen von I nach IV zu.Insert 1 is made up of ten parts 2 to 11 and with four different strength values I to IV. The strength - and thus hardness levels - increase from I to IV.
In the metatarsal area, a longitudinal slot 12 is provided for the accommodation of a spreading pad 13. The spreading pad has Velcro strips 14 on its underside, with which it grips through the slot 13. On the underside of the insert, the strips 14 can be bent over at the side and hooked onto complementary Velcro strips 15. This enables a secure fit after individual positioning.
