Din Neuerung betrifft einen Werbeträger, der im Rahmen eines Fahrrades angebracht ist.The innovation concerns an advertising medium that is attached to the frame of a bicycle.

Fahrräder werden in vielfältiger Weise benutzt, um Werbematerial zu verbreiten. Hierbei kann es sich zum einen um Aufkleber handeln, die auf Schutzblechen, Kettenkasten usw. befestigt sind, zum anderen werden auch starre Werbeflächen dauerhaft an Fahrrädern montiert, verwirklicht als z.B. beschriftete Metallschilder.Bicycles are used in a variety of ways to distribute advertising material. Der Nachteil der Kunststoffaufkleber besteht darin, daß sie nur kleine Areale abdecken können, da ein Fahrrad im Gegensatz zu anderen Fahrzeugen nur relativ kleine ebene Flächen aufweist. So leicht auch das Anbringen dieser Aufkleber ist, so schwer ist deren spätere Entfernung, ohne den Lack zu beschädigen oder Klebereste zu hinterlassen. Großflächige Werbeträger, die extra montiert sein müssen, setzen eine gesonderte Montage voraus, ein Auswechseln des Werbeträgers gestaltet sich umständlich. Je nach Anbringungsort müssen diese starren Werbeträger über eine hohe Stabilität verfügen, da sie nicht durch eine gesonderte Rahmenkonstruktion oder etwas ähnliches gehalten werden. Ein Austauschen der Werbeträger gestaltet sich problematisch, da es sich hierbei jeweils um Flächen handelt, die in ihrer Herstellung recht kostspielig sind, da sie gewisse Forderungen im bezug aus Steifigkeit aufweisen müssen. Drucktechnisch leicht herzustellende Gegenstände, wie z.B. dünne Folien, bedrucktes starkes Papier oder etwas ähnliches, können entweder wegen ihrer mangelnden Stabilität oder auch wegen ihrer geringen Resistenz gegenüber Witterungseinflüsse (vgl. Diese Aufgabe wird neüerungsgemäß dadurch gelost, daß der Werbeträger auswechselbar zwischen zwei durchsichtigen, miteinander verbundenen Kunststoff-Folien angebracht ist, und daß die Kunststoff-Folien durch mit Riefen versehene Kunststoff-Laschen, die durch Ösen der Kunststoff-Folien geführt sind, am Rahmen eines Fahrrades befestigt sind.This task is solved in an innovative way by the advertising medium being interchangeably mounted between two transparent, interconnected plastic films, and by the plastic films being attached to the frame of a bicycle by means of grooved plastic tabs that are guided through eyelets in the plastic films.

Dadurch ist ausgeschlossen, daß Witterungseinflüsse gegenüber empfindlichen Materialien negativ zum tragen kommen. Diese Kunststoff-Laschen bieten weiterhin den Vorteil, daß mit Hilfe von Riefen die Laschen leicht zu schließen sind, jedoch in ihrem Verschluß anschließend irreversibel sind. Dadurch wird sowohl deren Diebstahl vorgebeugt als auch gewährleistet, daß die Personen, die den Werbeträger an ihrem Fahrrad befestigt haben, nicht in der Lage sind, diesen zeitweilig zu entfernen, ohne daß die Manipulation von außen sichtbar ist. Ein Lösen der Laschen ist nur durch Zerschneiden des Materials möglich. Hierdurch wird sicher gestellt, daß die Werbeträger auch tatsächlich an den Fahrrädern befestigt bleiben.In order to be able to transport such an advertising medium on a bicycle permanently, it is necessary that the two bag-shaped plastic films can be closed with plastic tabs. Eine weitere Möglichkeit diese Folien zu verwenden, besteht darin, planes Material, wie z.B. Karten, aufzunehmen. Die Ausbildung der Ösen sollte derart fest sein, daß ein Ausreißen der Kunststoff-Folien ausgeschlossen ist. Dieses wird u.a. dadurch gewährleistet, daß die Ösen aus Metall bestehen, es bieten sich jedoch auch Versteifungen in Form von Kunststoff an.Just like on men's bikes, these advertising media can also be attached to women's bikes, although a slightly different shape must be chosen. Wie aus der Figur 1 zu ersehen ist, wird eine Kunststoff-Folie 1 durch Kunststoff-Laschen 3 an einem Rahmen 5 eines Fahrrades befestigt. In der Figur 1 sind sieben Kunststoff-Laschen 3 und die gleiche Anzahl Ösen 4 abgebildet* Eine
solche Lasche 3 wird in der Figur 2 in Großformat abgebildet. Hierbei ist deutlich zu sehen, daß die Kunststoff-Lasche 3 durch eine Metallöse 4 geführt wird und ebenfalls den Rahmen 5 eines Fahrrades umfaßt. Die Kunststoff-Lasche 3 weist darüber hinaus auch Riefen 2 auf j die ein irreversibles Verbinden der beiden Kunststoff-Laschen-Enden ermöglichen. Wie sowohl aus der Figur 1 als auch 3 zu ersehen
ist, ist eine der Kunststoff-Folien 1 derart gearbeitet,
daß sie als Verschluß für die Tasche, die durch die Kunststoff-Folie 1 gebildet wird, dienen kann. Dieser Verschluß 6 wird ebenfalls durch die Kunststoff-Laschen 3 sicher gestellt.
