1. A closure for closing the opening of an opened beverage can, characterized in that a closure body (5) which can be inserted into the opening (3) of the beverage can (1) and has a top side (6) and a bottom side (7) and a closure element (16) forming a mouthpiece (19) are provided, which is provided at its end remote from the mouthpiece (19) on the closure body (5) in the area of the top side (6) of this closure body so as to be pivotable about an axis (Q) between a position of use and a position of non-use and has a contact surface enclosing the axis at this end, that a counter-flap (12) resting against the contact surface (17) is formed on the closure body (5), that a first liquid channel (20) is provided in the closure element (16), which is open at the end of the mouthpiece and at the contact surface (17), that a second liquid channel (15) is provided, which is open on the underside (7) of the closure body (5) and on the counter surface (12), and that the opening of the second liquid channel (15) is provided on the counter surface (12) in such a way that this opening in the use position of the closure element (16) is congruent with the opening of the first liquid channel (20) on the contact surface (17).

A use closure according to claim 1, characterized in that the closure element (16) extends with a section (17) into a recess (11) provided on the upper side (6) of the closure body (5) and is held pivotably on the closure body (17) by this section (17), and that the contact surface is formed by a surface of the section (17) and the counter surface is formed by a surface (12) of the recess (11).

3. Use closure according to claim 2, characterized in that the recess (11) is designed such that the mouthpiece (19) is at least partially received in the recess (11) in the non-use position and projects over the upper side (6) of the closure body (5) in the use position.

4. A closure for use according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the mouthpiece is at least partially formed by a projection (19) into which the first liquid channel (20) extends and at the end of which this liquid channel is open.

A closure according to one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the contact surface (17) is formed by a surface which is at least partially circular and cylindrical in shape and which runs concentrically to the axis (Q) and the counter surface is formed by a surface (12) which is also concentric to the axis (Q) and which is at least partially circular and cylindrical in shape.

A use closure according to claim 5, characterized in that the section (17) of the closure element (16) extending into the recess (11) has an at least partially circular cylindrical peripheral surface forming the contact surface, and that the counter surface is formed by a bottom surface (12) of the recess (11).

7. A closure according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the closure element (16) has two molded-on teeth (18) at its end, which engage in bearing openings (13) of the closure body (5) for pivotably holding the closure element (16).

8· A closure according to one of claims 1 to 7 , characterized in that the closure body (5) has a self-contained, groove-shaped recess (9) on its circumference (8).
