Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neuartige Füllkörper für die Rahmen von Osmoseapparaten, durch welche ein bisher nicht zu vermeidender Uebelstand bei der Osmosirung vollständig beseitigt wird. Dieser Uebelstand besteht darin, dafs die Melasse den Apparat, selbst bei Anwendung der bisher vorgeschlagenen Füllkörper, in starken Schichten durchströmt und daher die beabsichtigte Arbeitsleistung nur unvollkommen ' durchführbar ist, weil bekanntlich die Osmose nur dort stattfinden kann, wo die Melasse das Papier berührt; durch die bei den bestehenden, zumeist ohne jeden Füllkörper arbeitenden Anlagen häufig vorkommende Berührung benachbarter Osmosepapiere wird diese verminderte Arbeitsleistung noch mehr beeinträchtigt.The present invention relates to novel packing elements for the frame of osmosis apparatus, by which a hitherto unavoidable disadvantage in osmosis is completely eliminated.
