Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Einströmungskopf .. für einen Trockenzylinder einer Papiermaschine, und zwar insbesondere einer solchen, bei der Heiß- wasser für die Trocknung ,der Papierbahn verwendet wird und bei dem in Tragzapfen mit zentralem umlaufendem Einlaßrohr und dieses umgebendem umlaufendem Auslaß vorgesehen ist, an welchen sich mittels einer Abdichtung ein stillstehender Auslaßraum anschließt, der zweckmäßig fest mit einem stillstehenden Zulaufrohr verbunden ist oder bei dem ein Tragzapfen mit zentralem umlaufendem Auslaßrohr und dieses umgebendem umlaufendem Einlaß vorgesehen ist, an welchen sich mittels . einer Abdichtung ein stillstehender Einlaßraum anschließt, der zweckmäßig fest mit einem stillstehenden Auslaßraum verbunden ist. Die bekannten, mit Dampf betriebenen Einrichtungen dieser Gattung haben jedoch den Nachteil; daß wenigstens zwei Abdichtungen notwendig sind, und zwar eine zwischen der Außenluft und dem Auslaß-bzw. Einlaßraum und eine zwischen diesem Raum und dem Zulauf- bzw. An das umlaufende Innenrohr 4 schließt sich unter Zwischenschaltung einer Labyrinthdichtung io die still-.stehende Zulaufleitung 9 an. An der Stelle der Labyrinthdichtung -weist die Zulaufleitung 9 eine Verjüngung i i auf, in der eine Geschwindigkeitssteigerung und demzufolge eine Herabsetzung des statischen Druckes erfolgt, derart, daß dieser Druck etwa dem in der Auslaßkammer 7 'herrschenden Druck gleich wird. Das aus den Teilen 9 und 7 zusarümengestellte Stück wird von außenliegenden Federn 12 nach links gedrückt, so daß bei 8 eine gute Abdichtung gewährleistet ist.According to Fig. I, the drying cylinder i is with its hollow support pin 2 stored in a roller bearing block 3.
