Bestandteile verbundenen Trocknungsanlagen, in denen z.
Vereinigt man derartige Trocknungseinrichtungen
Process for the operation of drying systems in which volatile substances
incurred in a mixture with air or similar gases The invention relates to a method
to operate with a system for the recovery of the volatilized during drying
Components associated drying systems, in which z. B. bodies or the like.
after applying a lacquer solution with the supply of heat in a gas stream, in particular
Air flow, to be dried. In such systems, the evaporation takes place
volatile substances from paint solutions or coatings containing other volatile substances
or painting generally not evenly over time. Kick it
rather, temporal and local maximum values in the content of the drying gases, e.g. B.
Air, of volatilized substances. For example, the development of vapors continues
after introducing a body or the like. In the container, in which the drying
takes place, with the warming up quickly, and it evaporates most of the solvent
and other volatiles in a short time while allowing for the evaporation of the small
Remaining a much longer period of time is required. If such drying devices are combined
with a system for the recovery of the constituents that evaporate during drying
such as solvents and parts of the paint, and takes them to the recovery system
by a gas flow, in particular air flow, then contains the air or the like at times
a lot and at times little, substances that can be recovered, both for reasons of
Safety as well as the economy of the operation would have to be avoided.
That's why
the method according to the invention is carried out so that stronger in drying periods
Volatilization a more violent one, and in such weaker volatilization a lesser one
Gas throughput through the dryer takes place in such a way that the content of the vapors is volatile
Constituents over the entire drying process is approximately constant or only
fluctuates within such limits that the recovery plants operate economically
can and too high concentrations of the vapors of volatilized components that
could endanger the system. The suction -the
Air loaded with volatilized substances or other gases from the drying system
and thus the supply of air or the like to the system is accordingly local and temporal
in each case increased when a maximum is to be expected and decreased again when
the volatility of the materials to be recovered decreases or subsides accordingly
Has. So there is more air or the like through the drying system during the maximum
than in the other periods of drying. This temporal .control
the suction strength is expediently arranged in the suction line
Throttle organ causes this in a time-dependent manner on the progress of the drying process
is set. The control of the suction can be automatic with the drying process
be coupled, influencing the strength of the suction z. B. happen
can by means of a clock, which according to experience shows that the time
Maximum in the development of the volatilized substances the throttle organ opens more strongly

the. Entrance and exit doors of the drying room, if good, e.g. B. a body,
is brought in or out. For example, the throttle member is from a measuring instrument
controlled in the suction line of the drying oven. The concentration of the
Solvent in the suctioned drying air via a certain, on the measuring instrument
If the amount is set, the throttle valve opens more strongly and there is more air
sucked off. Conversely, when the concentration of the solvent vapor in
the suctioned air the throttle body closed somewhat, whereby the suctioned
The amount of air is reduced and the concentration rises again to the desired height.
The air can also be used at individual points in the drying room
be supplied in different amounts, e.g. B. so that there most
Air enters, where the strongest evaporation or evaporation of the solvent u.
Like. Occurs. This creates increased security against that undesirable
strong concentrations of flammable substances occur locally in the drying system,
which can lead to explosions or deflagrations.
