• "Schrotpatrone für den Vogelschutz"
Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf eine Schrotpatrone gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Schutzanspruches.
In vielen Ländern, insbesondere in den Ländern der heißeren Klimazone, besteht ein Problem ;n der Landwirtschaft, das dadurch hervorgerufen wird, daß die ( Getreidekörner in den Ähren bei trockenem Wetter
i, sehr locker gehalten weiden. Fallen nun Vogelschwär-
> me in solche Getreidefelder ein, entsteht der größte
Schaden dadurch, daß die Vögel durch Berühren der
Getreidehalme die Körner aus den Ähren lösen, so daß diese zu Boden fallen.
Versuche, Vögel von derartigen Feldern fernzuhalten, sind bisher gescheitert. Selbst Warnschußanlagen
j werden von den Vögeln schnell als ungefährlich er
kannt.
Andererseits ist es teilweise ungesetzlich,, tei 1 weise entspricht es den modernen Erkenntnissen der Naturpflege nicht, die Vögel abzuschießen.
Die Neuerung schlägt daher vor, eine schrotpatronenähnliche Patrone zu schaffen, bei der anstelle der Bleischrot in der Patrone Düngerkörner enthalten sind, so daß bei Benutzen derartiger Patronen die Vögel zwar von den Düngerkörnern oder Düngergranula-ι ten getroffen werden, aber nicht verletzt werden.
Hierdurch wird ein wirksames Abhalten der Vögel er-
reicht. Gleichzeitig wird aber der Dünger dazu aus-
genutzt, um dann nach der Ernte sofort den Boden wieder saatbereit zu machen, da der Dünger in diesen heißen Klimazonen auf dem Boden liegenbleibt und erst beim Umpflügen in seine Bestandteile zersetzt wird, so daß dann der Dünger wieder wirken kann.
In der beigefügten Zeichnung ist mit Z^ ein Zündplättchen, mit £ eine Pulverladung und mit /\ eine Abschlußplatte bezeichnet, die die Pulverladung gegenüber dem übrigen Raum der Patrone abschließt. Das offene Ende der Patrone wird durch eine Abdeckplatte abgedeckt, wobei in dem verbleibenden Raum die Düngergranulate £ angeordnet sind.

    Patrone für den Vogelschutz mit einer Hülse, einem am ges. hlossenen Ende der Hülse angeordneten Zündplättchen und einer Pulverladung sowie einer die Pulverladung zum offenen Ende der Patrone hin abdeckenden Platte, gekennzeichnet durch einen zwischen der die Pulverladung (£) abdeckenden Platte (A) und dem freien Ende der Patrone verbleibenden freien Raum zur Aufnahme granulatartiger Düngerkörper.
