Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verkleidungen, Bauelementen und Bodenbelag Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung von Verkleidungen, Bauelementen tind Bodenbelag auf beliebiger Grundlage.Process for the production of cladding, structural elements and flooring The invention relates to the production of cladding, structural elements and flooring on any basis.
Cement-based cladding compounds have already been proposed many times over, including those in which the cement mass contains fiber. granular ingredients and the like are mixed in. In practice there are often difficulties z. B. off Mixtures of cement, other binders as well as inorganic or organic Components of existing protective layers on different physical surfaces To bring quality to liability. .-Cloth show the cement-based ones Facings often cracked.
According to the invention, the top layers can be applied to any Base as well as rough or smooth masonry, on wood, metal, wire mesh, smooth, grained or perforated sheets and the like with excellent adhesion and allows crack-free existence of the protective layer. According to the invention is based on first a base layer consisting of a loose fiber or granular layer applied, on which then a dense top layer in one or more layers is applied. -The loose fiber or granular base layer can be organic or inorganic fibers, in particular wood fibers, straw, sawdust, wood, wool, Jute, organic synthetic fibers, glass wool, cork, mineral wool, slag wool., Asbestos, Peat to be formed. The fibers are in a viscous synthetic resin grinder dull-solution or in similar good-forming liquids- F = ön high adhesiveness, which do not age even with long-term practical use, especially not become brittle and fragile, if necessary with the addition of calcium chloride or alkaline earth chlorides suspended or after application to the wall with such a synthetic resin emulsion or solution treated. The use of polyvinyl acetate emulsion is particularly recommended or from emulsions of another synthetic resin based on polyvinyl., e.g. B. polyvinyl chloride with the addition of small amounts of plasticizers and water. The emulsion can also cement and other binders or a certain amount of auxiliary materials (Stone meal or the like.) Are fed.
Beispiele i. The aqueous synthetic resin or binder emulsion or solution must always have such a composition or viscosity that the setting process takes place in a sufficiently short time so that the construction process, in the context of which the Cladding work takes place, is not disturbed. Examples i. Peat fibers from an average length of a few centimeters were made with a watery Polyvinyl acetate dispersion of about i $% plastic content mixed in and mixed in or applied several times to the surface to be clad. The resulting coating is large-pored and is characterized by its sound-absorbing properties.
A mixture of vegetable fibers with an aqueous plastic dispersion as in example i was added about half their weight of cement thickened and then applied to the metal, wood or stone surface to be clad or applied several times. This layer, which is also very porous, draws due to its special adhesion to the substrate as well as its good absorption capacity for a layer of plaster to be applied. A cement-based plaster layer can be used as a plaster layer based layer, a stone wood layer or a layer of plaster as well as one be a special layer made with synthetic resin emulsion or synthetic resin solution. Such double layers or multiple layers are particularly good sound-absorbing and sound-absorbing effect as well as their excellent thermal insulation properties excellent.
The layers described can be used for all cladding work, where soundproofing and thermal insulation are to be achieved, use it to advantage, so z. B. for walls, ceilings and floors of this type. They are therefore particularly suitable z. B ,. for telephone booths, cladding in office buildings, schools or radio buildings., Ships, passenger railroad cars, etc. Such panels can be on any base layer, e.g. B. on masonry, cement plaster, wood, as well as on metal walls, Apply supports, wire mesh, etc. firmly adhering.
Transportable cladding elements, z. B. plates, according to the method described, made from a loose Base sizing containing fibrous materials and dense cover layers applied over it exist. The strength of such plates can largely, for. B ,. of a few millimeters up to any thickness. As with the cohesive cladding several double layers on top of each other be arranged, although generally already with a single bilayer allow sufficient sound-absorbing and heat-insulating effects to be achieved.
In the drawing is an embodiment of an inventive trained wall cladding and another example of one according to the method the invention produced building panel shown.
In Fsg. i bedeutet das Bezugszeichen i die z. In Fsg. i the reference symbol i denotes the z. B. existing masonry Base wall, 2 the loose fibrous material layer applied to this base wall, the is treated with a polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 3 and 4 those applied above dense cover layers, of which the layer 3 also consists of a stone powder containing Polyvinyl acetate emulsion, layer 4 e.g. B. can consist of a cement plaster.
In Fig. 2, reference numeral 5 denotes a structural steel fabric on which a loose fiber layer 6 impregnated with a synthetic resin emulsion is attached is. A structural steel mesh prepared in this way can already be provided with the preparation, brought to the construction site and laid there or on the construction site itself with the Fiber layer are equipped.
This increases the number of times when using structural steel mesh difficulties encountered in achieving good adhesion between the to be applied Wall or ceiling plaster and the structural steel mesh completely removed, since the plaster is on the loose fiber layer, which is intimately united with the structural steel fabric, adheres.
In Fig. 3 is a transportable building board ready for laying shown. Here, the reference numeral 7 denotes the loose one made of fibers Base layer, the reference symbol - the dense top layer. Such plates can if necessary using a primer coat with synthetic resin emulsion on top of any Underlay to be laid.
The process described and the products manufactured with it can be executed in numerous \ 'ariants. The ones from loose, with synthetic resin emulsions impregnated fibrous masses consisting of layers with and without dense outer layers form by themselves products that are in sheet or plate form depending on the used Synthetic resin emulsion and, depending on the nature of the additives, such as sawdust, cork, peat, Cement and the like, can be produced in a more or less flexible or rigid form can. These webs or plates in themselves form something independent and malleable Component that is related on the most varied of bases and with the most diverse Cover layers, in particular with cover layers designed in accordance with the proposal of the invention can be provided.
As already mentioned, these can be soaked with synthetic resin emulsion loose fiber layers also on metal supports, in particular l3ausahlgewel) s all _ \ rt, perforated or profiled meclieii. z. 13. 131 corners finite diamond-shaped pressed out profiles, apply and with such carriers also to Process plates or sheets that represent independent components and in particular in the execution of ceiling, floor and wall coverings as intermediate layers can serve.
It can also be a granular or granular basis as the basis of the layers trouble, more or less dense fiber cliiclit, z. B. a sheet of paper, a Cardboard layer, a fabric or the like. Serve and on this basis those with synthetic resin emulsions Impregnated fiber mass applied in one or more layers and with appropriate Cover layers are covered. In this way one obtains products that are used as substitutes can be used for linoleum or balatum base oxides. In any case you can in place the loose fibrous masses are also related to correspondingly stored granular layers will.
