The invention relates to an electromagnetic, intermittent injection valve for the delivery of fuel for internal combustion engines with one between the fuel inlet and the fuel return located fuel outlet, which is from a valve closing body is controlled, which is attracted by the magnetic field formed by means of an electrical coil and a soft iron core in the excited state and releases the fuel outlet in the valve seat.
Such injectors are generally known, with them the valve closing body is pressed onto the valve seat by means of a spring, to close the fuel outlet. In this case, it is necessary to take the spring dispersions into account accordingly Adjustment processes are to be provided. Furthermore, the spring is sensitive to vibrations and the resulting resonance prevents it exact timing of the injection valve with high frequency. From DE-OS 26 15 712 is already in connection with a carburetor a solenoid valve known which has no spring and in which the Valve closing body is designed as a ball that is not energized State of the valve is attracted by permanent magnets and is repelled by this in the excited state and closes the valve seat, however, such a device is not suitable, to close the valve seat in the de-energized state.
The invention is based on the disadvantages of the known To avoid injection valves and to create one that is suitable for VevT reduction of the necessary components with a high Frequency to enable an exact clock control, whereby it is in the currentless State is closed.
Verringerung der Leistung des Elektromagnetventils ist vorgesehen, daßThe object of this invention is mentioned in the introduction with a valve Art solved in that either the valve seat or the valve closing body designed as a plate is designed as a permanent magnet. To reduce the magnetic separation forces and thus to? reduction the performance of the solenoid valve is provided that

In weiterer Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, daß diese Schicht aus Wolfram gebildet ist, wodurch eine hohe Verschleißfestigkeit der Berührungsflächen gegeben ist.either the valve seat or the valve closing body in the the area assigned to the other component is provided with a non-magnetizable layer. In further development it is provided that this layer is made of tungsten, whereby a high wear resistance of the contact surfaces given is.
An embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing and is described in more detail below. The injection valve 1 has a fuel inlet 2 and a Fuel return 3 fish this inlet and outlet is a fuel outlet provided by means of several nozzle bores 4 arranged. These nozzle bores 4 are made in a valve seat 5. The valve seat 5 can be designed as a permanent magnet be. The fuel outlet formed by the nozzle bores 4 is dominated by a valve plate 6, which can optionally also be designed as a permanent magnet. Either is the flat surface of the valve closing body 6, which faces the valve seat 5, is designed as a plate and has a non-magnetizable surface Layer 7, e.g. tungsten, titanium or another suitable material, or the flat bearing surface of the valve seat 5 is provided with such a layer. The injection valve 1 has an electrical coil 9 arranged in an insulation, in which there is an iron core 8. With electrical excitation of the magnetic circuit the magnetic field that forms is over the valve closing body closed and this is attracted by the electromagnet. This releases the nozzle bores and the pressurized one Fuel can escape from these. As soon as the electrical coil is no longer excited, the valve closing body 6 is activated by its own magnetic attraction or that of the valve seat is drawn on this. Due to the non-magnetizable layer 7 between the contact surfaces These two components should be achieved once that the magnetic separation force in the case of the state of excitation the coil 9 is kept as small as possible and, on the other hand, this has the effect that in the clocked state with a high frequency moving valve closing body prevents mechanical deformation will.
