Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Verriegeln von
dicht aufeinander liegenden Doppelfenstern, bei der ein in einem flachen Verschlußgehäuse
drehbar gelagerter Schließriegel des einen Fensterflügels in ein am anderen Fensterflügel
befestigtes Schließblech eingreift.The invention relates to a device for locking

Bei bekannten Vorrichtungen dieser Art wurden die Verschlußgehäuse

jedoch bisher den Nachteil, daß sie die Formgebung des Verschlußgehäuses ungünstig
beeinflußten, das ein glattes, formschönes Aussehen haben soll. Gemäß der Erfindung
wird dieser Nachteil im wesentlichen dadurch beseitigt, daß das mit seiner Grundplatte
auf den anderen Fensterflügel aufgeschraubte, nicht eingelassene Schließblech so
schmal ausgebildet ist, daß es innerhalb des Verschlußgehäuses zwischen dessen Seitenwände
hineinpaßt. Durch dieses Einlassen des Schließbleches innerhalb des Verschlußgehäuses
kann dieses seine glatte Außenform beibehalten, die den zusammen mit eingelassenen
Schließblechen verwandten Gehäusen bisher eigentümlich war, und es ist an der montierten
Verriegelung überhaupt nicht mehr von außen erkennbar, daß es sich um eine solche
mit nicht eingelassenem, also flach aufgeschraubtem Schließblech handelt.In known devices of this type, the lock housings
