Description
Bulk construction using hollow stones as permanent formwork and shuttering block therefor. The invention relates to a bulk construction using of hollow stones as permanent formwork and the formation of hollow stones. The invention aims to create a bulk construction in which with the simplest means through the special design of the shuttering blocks and their arrangement in the association create an intimate Connection of the bulk mass in itself and with the permanent one formed by the hollow stones Formwork is achieved to such an extent that the manufactured walls, walls and the like are to be addressed as monolithic. In doing so, through the special training the hollow bricks enable the permanent formwork for both the `Vands per se as well as for corners, wall connections, wall crossings, etc. only with one single variety of stones can be produced. When using known stones you need two different types of stones for this, or you would have to be at the the simplest bandage to knock off parts of the stones. But if you take the according to the invention formed formwork block, then there is no change in an ordinary corner bond the stones required, only with wall connections and the like. One can for the intimate Connection of the components also at these points parts of the shuttering blocks from their Knock out the side walls. Compared to the otherwise known bulk construction with permanent formwork made of hollow bricks accordingly the invention in the Use of shuttering blocks with a closed and an open face and one or more transverse webs connecting the longitudinal side walls of the stone in such an arrangement that with staggered formwork, teins neither a Crossbar or the front wall of any formwork block with a crossbar or the end wall of a shuttering block of the layer of blocks below or above it is under cover.
The shuttering block designed according to the invention is suitable for pouring with concrete or similar hardening filling compounds, whereby due to the special arrangement its webs is achieved that a complete connection when pouring the filling compound results in itself and with the shuttering blocks, so to speak a monolithic structure is created. This means that walls can be built quickly and safely and are additionally connected to one another by inserting reinforced concrete wreaths.
The drawing shows, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention shown diagrammatically, namely Figures i to 3 show three different stones; 4 to 5 show the arrangement of the stones for normal masonry and for the formation of a reinforced concrete ring, and Fig. 6 shows the addition of these stones through U-stones at door and window openings.
The stone according to FIG. I has two side walls i, the length l of which is greater than the stone width b. At one of its ends it is closed by an end wall 2, while the other end is open. In between there is a web 3 which is lower than the two side walls i. If one denotes with a1 the distance of the web 3 from this end, then the relation must exist: a1 # -. l - b, so that when the stones are joined together to form a bond, the webs and end walls of the stones lying one above the other do not overlap.
In Figure 2, a stone with two webs, namely an outer web 3 and an inner web 4, is shown. If you denote the distance of the outer web 3 from the open end with a1 and that of the inner web of this with a2, then the relationships must exist: a2: - L - b - a1 , a2 --1 - l - b, a1 _ l - b, so that when the stones are joined together to form a bond, the webs of the stones lying on top of one another do not overlap.
In Fig. 3 a stone is shown with the webs 3, 4, 5, which, unlike those according to FIG. 2, terminate at the bottom with the side walls i. The following relationships apply here for the distance a3 of the innermost web 5 from the open end: a3 = 1 - l - b - a2, re, 1 - L - b - a1 , a3 - 4. L - b, while the same relationships as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2 apply to the distances a2 and a1 of the next webs.
Allgemein müssen also für den Abstand an des n-ten Steges von dem offenen Ende folgende Beziehungen erfüllt sein: a" --1 L-b-an, an -! L-b--an_m, an =_l - l - b - a" , wobei a, = o ist.In general, the following relationships must be fulfilled for the distance at the n-th web from the open end: a " --1 Lb-an, an -! Lb - an_m, an = _l - l - b - a" , where a, = o is.
Expressed in words, this means that the distance a ″ of the nth web from the open end must be unequal to the length 1 of the stone less its width b less the distance from -, n of every further web closer to the open end. Instead of a Up to three webs, more than three can also be provided, regardless of whether the webs, as in FIGS The length of the stones can be an integral multiple of the width.
During the masonry, the stones are, as usual, put dry, where, as can be seen from Fig. 4, the stones of one layer with their open side point in one direction and the stones of the underneath or. overlying layer rotated by 180 °, but always in such a way that the stones are consecutive Layers are offset from one another by the width of a stone and either lie on the outside of the wall a side wall of a stone or an end wall comes to rest, that is, this wall is completely closed. Both the bars and are in the finished bond the butt joints of the stones offset from one another. : after the establishment of the whole association this is with concrete 12, z. B. also slag, pumice, artificial pumice concrete and the like., poured out. Because of the special design of the stones and their staggered arrangement, the webs 3, 4.. . and end walls 2 of one layer always over odur are under the cavities 6 of the underlying or overlying layer, arises when pouring out the cavities 6 an almost monolithic wall. Even at the corners are the inner side walls of the stones in a layer above or below the cavities 6 of the other layer.
For the connection of intermediate walls according to FIG. 4, it is useful to knock out a part 7 of the inner wall of the stones at the junction. That causes, that there is also an intimate connection between the filling compound. According to FIG. 5 can hollow stones designed according to the invention are also used to form reinforced concrete wreaths be, with small openings 8 for the passage of the reinforcing iron 9 in the Web 3, 4 and end walls 2 are knocked out.
Fig. 6). In the case of door and window openings, there is a need to use the bandage to be partially completed from the shuttering blocks. Are advantageously suitable for this in cross-section U-shaped stones io (see Fig. 6). When connecting, these can either be placed concurrently or at the opening against each other, so that there a full-surface wall opposite the opening is created. Also used in the manufacture of windows and These U-stones are very suitable for door lintels ii. Even when using the U-stones wall parts 7 of the other wall can again be knocked out for wall connections will.
