Elektrischer Steuerschalter, insbesondere Fahrschalter elektrischer
Electric control switches, in particular electric travel switches
Traction vehicles The invention relates to a control switch such as that used, for example
is used as a drive switch or controller in electric traction vehicles.
In the previously known designs of such driving switches
are the shift drums, the associated shift elements and the drive and locking mechanism
housed in a common housing or switch frame, which is in the control panel
is installed in the driver's cab of the vehicle.
(lern Einl)augestell a gelagert. -
die Deckplatte des Gehäuses ausgebaut werden;
ansrhließ.:nd müssen die Zahnräder und Ver-
riegelungselemente ,abgezogen bzw. ausgebaut wer-
facher Kupplungen, beispielsweise Steckkupplun-
gen, aus dem Gesamtschalter ausgebaut werden
kann.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in
Ahl). 2 dargestellt.
uigentlichen Schaltergehäuse a befestigt ist.
in einfacher Weise mittels leicht lösbarer Kupp-
I:ittheit ausgeführten Antriebs- und Verriegelungs-
mechanismus kann die auszuwechselnde Schalt-
, alzh@?rausgezogett und durch eine neue ersetzt
werden. Ungenauigkeiten heim Wiederzusammen-
gestel!lte Ausführungsheispiel gemäß Abb.2 be-
z. B. bei Steuerschaltern von Krananlagen od. dgl.,
angew,2nidet werden.
For a better understanding of the prior art, this known embodiment of a travel switch is shown schematically in Fig. I of the drawing. a designates the housing or the mounting frame of the switch. In the embodiment shown, the drive switch comprises the drive step switch with two switching drums b, which are coupled to the handwheel f via the gear train consisting of the gears c, d and e. g are the individual stepped disks of the shift drums b, which can be provided with contact linings in the usual way or designed as cam disks. h are the associated switching elements that are lined up on the rods i. The travel switch or controller also comprises, as usual, a travel direction switch, consisting of the handle m, the switching drum b 'with the stepped disks g' and the switching elements h '. The speed switch and the direction switch are, as usual, interlocked so that the handle m can only be operated when the handwheel f is in a certain position, and vice versa. The locking organs, the implementation of which is generally my 1r @ knows and is here. without further meaning,
are only indicated schematically at ri. All

According to the invention, all of these disadvantages are overcome
