Die Rohrkupplung besteht aus zwei symmetrisch angefertigten Rohrendtheilen, und zwar je aus einem Dichtungsstutzen ff1 bezw. f '11J mit einem Ansatz, hinter welchen sich die Druckscheiben .(I bezw. II) anlegen. An den Druckscheiben befinden sich je zwei Zapfen mit Keilnuthen (a1 bl bezw. a11 bu) und aufserdem in denselben je zwei Löcher (c1 d1 bezw. c11 d11). Auf den Druckscheiben liegen die Spannscheiben (h1 bezw. h11), die mit Keilflächen (k1 bezw. k11) und einem Schlitz für einen Anschlagstift versehen sind; an denselben sind auch die Stellschrauben (i1 bezw. i11) befestigt.
