The use of high-performance baths in Galvanotech.nik sets
a movement of the parts to be electroplated to ensure perfect deposits
to achieve. For this purpose, a reversing movement is used for long, stationary pools,
d. H. a reciprocating movement of the electroplating parts. at
Ring baths, on the other hand, have so far not been able to solve this problem.
This problem has found a solution in the invention; sde exists
in that the bearing cross with the cathode ring through a corresponding gear
into a reciprocating rotary movement with a larger forward movement and a smaller reverse movement
is offset, the resulting orbital movement after the exposure time
is set. In terms of transmission, the problem is due to two arranged on one shaft
Toothed segments solved, with the one toothed segment via an intermediate gear on the gearbox
acts so that one segment causes the forward, the other causes the reverse. With
With the help of this device it is possible to give the anode ring the desired reversing movement
with greater advance and. give smaller rewind. while the resulting
Orbital movement can be adjusted to the exposure time, being more constructive
Regard still the advantage is achieved that the whole gear in the same direction of rotation
running around.
