Description
Die Erfindung betrigt ein Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Flachbeuteln aus kaschierter und mit einem Heißklebelack gestrichener Folie aus Aluminium oder anderen ähnlichett Stoffen. Zu diesem Zwecke werden von der sich von einer Rolle abwickelnden Stoffbahn bestimmte Längen abgeschnitten, und diese Längen werden dann auf einem umlaufenden Zylinder durch ein flach liegendes Falzmesser und eine flach liegende Falzzange flach liegend quer gefalzt. Bei dem weiteren Umlauf des sog. Zylinders trifft darin der auf ihm liegende quer gefa17te Beutelzuschnitt mit einem auf einem Gegenzylinder angeordneten beheizten Formsiegelmuster zusammen, durch dessen Druck- und Wärmewirkung der gefalzte Beutelzuschnitt an seinen beiden Längskailten und seiner Bodenkante verklebt bzw. versiegelt wird. Die Erfindung wird an Hand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. In dieser veranschaulichen Abb. i bis 5 das Querfalzen der Beutelzuschnitte, Abb. 6 und 7 den mit dem Falzzylinder zusammenarbeitenden Gegenzylinder, mit dem auf seiner .Mantelfläche angeordneten beheizbaren Formsiegelmuster und Abb. 8 den genannten Gegenzylinder mit dein Formsiegelmuster in perspektivischer Ansicht. Die sich von einer nicht dargestellten Rolle abwickelnde Stoffbahn, insbesondere kaschierte und auf der Innenseite mit einem Heißklebelack bestricherie Aluminiumfolie, gelangt in den lierzustellenden Beuteln entsprechend geschnittenen Längen auf den umlaufenden Zylinder i, auf deni die Beutelzuschnitte 2 durch ein von oben her einschwingendes, flach liegendes Falzmesser 3 und eine mit dem Zylinder mit umlaufende flach liegende Falzzatige 4 quer gefalzt und die beiden Beutel-2 a b (Abb. 4) bei dein weiteren Umlauf des fl äChell 2 , 2 Zylinders i und nach dem Ausschwitigen des Falzmessers 3 durch eine Anschlagführung 5 flach aufeinandergelegt werden. Bei dem weiteren Umlauf des Zylinders i trifft dann der Beutelztischnitt mit einem in der Pfeilrichtung tunlaufenden Gegenzylinder 6 zusammen, auf dessen 'Mantelfläche (las beispielsweise elektrisch beheizbare Forinsiegelmuster 7 auswechselbar befestigt ist. Dieses Siegelmuster besteht aus einer k-reisbogenförmig gewölbten, derKrümmung desGegenzyliriders6 angepaßten etwa rechteckigen Platte, die auf den beiden Längsseiten und einer Querseite ralitileiiartig durch erhabene Stege 8 begrenzt wird, die elektrisch beheizbar und auf ihrer _Mantelfläche mit irgendeiner feinen Riffelung 9 versehen sind.The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
