Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zwei-Horden-Malzdarre mit aufsteigender
Trockenluft.
The invention relates to a two-tray malt kiln with ascending
Dry air. In the previously known versions, i. a. the whole to carry out
the air flow necessary for the drying and roasting process through natural buoyancy
a heater passed through the two trays and over a smoke chimney
deducted. To improve the natural, due to the height of the system
In more modern systems, this buoyancy is additionally caused by a smoke chimney
seated fan supports. But since the total air flow through both trays
must be performed and thus the upper horde in complete temperature dependence
Stakt from the lower tray is the implementation of a perfect drying process
extremely difficult on the upper horde. Namely, the lower horde needs
a lot of heat and little air, while the upper shelf needs a lot of air and less heat.
In the case of the kiln mentioned at the beginning, these deficiencies are due to the design
fixed that each of the hordes is charged with a partial flow that is largely
can be regulated independently of the other in terms of air volume and temperature. A little
Partial flow flows through the lower tray and is added to the larger partial flow
for the purpose of better heat utilization. The total air flow then acts on the
upper horde. This arrangement is supported by the fact that under the lower shelf
a pressure fan and a suction fan is installed above the upper shelf. For each
Partial flow is also provided with its own heating element for heating the air.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in section. A heat generator a supplies the heat required for heat exchangers b and c. The heat exchanger b is in connection with a pressure fan. The partial air flow required for the lower tray e is pressed through the opening d. A false ceiling under the rack e closes the rack space from below. The room above the horde is also closed with a false ceiling. Only through the side openings f, which open into channels p , can the air pressed through the malt layer of the lower tray flow out and mix with the partial flow that leads to the upper tray. A heat distribution chamber is attached under the upper shelf in. A suction fan built into the chimney h. sucks the total air flow from the room l through the annular channel i, which is provided with openings k. The air supply of the larger partial flow goes via the heat exchanger c through the channels p via the distribution chamber g through adjustable air pipes o, which are distributed over the entire surface for better air distribution.
