Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Mehrfachleitung, insbesondere sogenannte Stegleitungen mit Gummiummantelung, deren Leiter bzw. Eine Stabilisierung mit Blei ist jedoch unbedingt erforderlich, da sonst bei höheren Temperaturen infolge Fehlens des Stabilisators ein Abspalten von Chlor aus der PVC-Mischung eintritt. Durch die vorliegende Erfindung werden die obengenannten Nachteile dadurch vermieden, daß die Gummimantelmischung mit Vulkanisationsmitteln behandelt wird, die den Schwefel nur in einer chemisch gebundenen Form enthalten, so daB eine Bleisulfidbildung mit den farbigen Kunststoff-, insbesondere mit den PVC-Mischungen durch freien Schwefel ausgeschlossen ist. Die Gummiummantelung der Leitung wird nur mit sogenannten Vulkanisationsbeschleunigern, also ohne besonderen Schwefelzusatz, vulkanisiert. Beispielsweise wird eine Gummiummantelung verwandt, die keinen Zusatz von ungebundenem Schwefel aufweist und nur mit einem Vulkanisationsbeschleuniger von der Zusammensetzung (R2 N C S)2 X2, worin R = Alkyl, vorzugsweise die Zusammensetzung C H$ und X = vorzugsweise S oder ein schwefelhaltiges Radikal bedeutet, vulkanisiert. Der Vulkanisationsbeschleuniger wird der Gummimischung wie jeder andere Füllstoff zugesetzt. Vulkanisationsbeschleuniger dieser Art sind im Handel beispielsweise unter derBezeichnungThiuramdisulfid(CH3)2 (NC S), SZ erhältlich. In der Figur ist die Erfindung an dem Beispiel einer zweiadrigen Stegleitung erläutert. Der Leiter 3 ist mit einer farbigen PVC-Mischung 2 isoliert, wobei eine Gummiummantelung i vorgesehen ist.
