Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Dampferzeuger für Futterdämpfer, der durch einen Sägemehlofen geheizt wird. Die technische Aufgabe des durch Sägemehl geheizten Dampferzeugers besteht darin, daß der erzeugte Dampf über den Dampfahlaßstutzen durch einen Schlauch oder Rohr in ein danebenstehendes Faß geleitet wird und dadurch die darin befindlichen Kartoffeln, Rüben oder andere Futterstoffe gedämpft werden. Das Faß muß mit einem dicht verschließbaren Deckel und am Boden mit einem Ablaufstutzen versehen sein, damit das Kondenswasser ablaufen kann. Der Dampferzeuger wird in verschiedenen Größen, je nach Bedarf, gebaut. Der Wasserinhalt des Dampferzeugers ist jeweils so bemessen, daß der erzeugte Dampf zum Dämpfen einer bestimmten Futtermenge ausreicht. Die Sägemehlmenge und die Größe des Ofens ist der Wassermenge angepaßt. Die Brennstoffkosten werden durch dieses Verfahren gegen die bisher bekannten Futterdämpfer auf '/ro gesenkt. In der "Zeichnung ist die Erfindung schematisch dargestellt. Der Sägemehlofen für Raumheizung ohne Dampferzeuger ist als solcher bekannt, nur ist im vorliegenden Falle der Außenmantel D, worauf der Dampferzeuger _4 sitzt oder befestigt wird, um 2o bis 30 cm niedriger als ein normaler Sägemehlofen, und dadurch kann der Fülleinsatz E 2o bis 30 cm höher in die Feuerbüchse F des Dampferzeugers A hineinragen, so daß eine schnellere Verdampfung stattfindet. Beim Füllen und Einstampfen von Sägemehl J in den Fülleinsatz E muß in der Mitte ein runder konischer Kern eingesetzt werden, der nach dem Füllen herausgezogen wird. so daß sich der Schacht G bildet und das Feuer in Pfeilrichtung durch den Rauchrohrstutzen H in den Kamin geführt wird. Nach jedem Abbrennen einer Sägemehlfüllung ist der Dampferzeuger neu mit Wasser durch den Füllstutzen K bis zur Wasserstandsmarkierung M zu füllen. Das .`uheizen erfolgt durch ein leichtes Feuer im :lschenkasten :1 '. Der abnehmbare Deckel B dient zum Entfernen von Kalkstein.
