Diese besteht aus Anzeigebausteinen 3> die an der Vorderseite des Gehäuses, also von vorne in eine öffnung 4 der Frontplatte 2 eingeführt und in eine an der Rückseite der Frontplatte festgeschraubte, mit eingelöteten Stecksockeln verseheneLeiterplatte 5 (Fig. 2) einsetzbar sind. Die Öffnung 4 ist an der Vorderseite der Frontplatte von einem umlaufenden Steg 6 umgeben, der aus der Ebene der Frontplatte herausragt und an seiner Stirnseite mit einer umlaufenden Nut 7 versehen ist, die an der Stirnseite des Steges 2 zueinander parallel verlaufende Rippen 8, 9 bildet. In die Nut wird ein geschlossener Dichtungsring 10 eingelegt, der das aus einem Schauglas 11, z.B. aus Acrylglas, und einer Abdeckung 12 bestehende Anzeigefenster 13 und damit auch die Öffnung 4 wasserdicht abdichtet. Als Durchblick weist die Abdeckung 12 eine den Blick auf die Anzeigebausteine 3 freigebende Aussparung 16 auf, deren Innenweite etwa gleich der Innenweite der öffnung 4 ist. Die Abdeckung 12 liegt dann wie in Fig. 2 zu sehen ist - mit einem die Aussparung 16 umgebenden Bereich 17 auf dem Schauglas 11 auf und drückt damit das Schauglas gegen den Dichtungsring 10.
