Rafter shoe for hanging trestle armor The present invention
has as its subject a suspension device (rafter shoe) for a hanging trestle armor, in particular
for the execution of roofing work. The suspensions previously used for this purpose
essentially consist of simple flat iron plates that are secured by means of wing screws
be attached to the rafters. Apart from the fact that the type of attachment is static
is mostly unsatisfactory, the security of the attachment was mainly from the
careful execution of the attachment by the person carrying out the work. By
The present invention is intended to avoid these disadvantages.
According to the invention, the suspension device preferably consists of one
Bracket made of flat steel, the long sides of which are each a row of opposite sides
Has openings for optionally receiving the fastening and securing parts
serve the bearing bolts. The bracket is attached to the rafters through
two claw plates, loosely rotatable around bolts, one of which is attached to the inner one
and the other ani creates the outer inclined surface of the rafter, the distance
of the two claw plates is dimensioned so that when the two claw plates
the bracket assumes a horizontal or approximately horizontal position. To secure
against a shift or rotation of the bracket on the rafter after taking
the final position are between the claw plates and two opposite sides to them
claw washers that can be pressed against the side surfaces of the rafter by threaded bolts
intended. Depending on the local conditions, a is used to hang up the trestle
Can be optionally plugged into one of the openings in the bracket and secured with a split pin
Bolt. To prevent the suspension hook from being lifted out, there is a push-on bolt
suspended safety bracket is provided which encloses the scaffold arm carrying the hook.
The present rafter shoe has the advantage that the scaffold load
a further tension of the fastening caused by the claw plates and thus
makes it impossible to slide off the rafters. As a result of the rotatability of the claw plates
in connection with the change in the distance
same from each other
by optionally repositioning the bolts carrying the claw plates, the
Rafter shoe to different angular positions of the rafters and is therefore: at, the most varied
Roof pitches between about 20 ° and 60 ° can be used.
An embodiment with further details of the invention is shown in the drawing. It shows Fig. 1 the rafter shoe with a suspended scaffolding trestle in connection with a rafter, Fig. 2 the rafter shoe in an individual view from the side, Fig. 3 is a plan view and Fig. 4 is a section along line IV -IV of FIG. 2. The new rafter shoe consists essentially of a U-shaped bracket made of flat steel, which can be bent from one piece or, as in the example shown, also welded together from several parts and with over the entire length of the two legs distributed hole pairs b is provided for inserting bolts. To clamp the shoe on the rafter, two claw plates d, d ' each rotatable about a bolt c are used, which come to rest on the lower and upper inclined surface of the rafter s. According to the angle of inclination of the roof, the distance between the two claw plates d, d ' from one another is chosen so that when the bracket a is in an approximately horizontal position. The associated bolts c can be repositioned and provided at their ends with a thread onto which a nut c 'can be screwed. Two opposing claw disks e, which are arranged between the two claw plates d, d ' , are used to clamp the side surfaces of the rafter s. These claw disks e are rotatably fitted in a known manner on wing screws f, which pass through threaded holes in the bracket a. The pulleys e are taken along when the screws are tightened, but do not take part in the rotation. A suspension bolt provided with a split pin g 'is designated by g, on which the scaffolding suspension trestle lt can be suspended by means of a hook i. The same bolt k carries a securing bracket 1 with welded spacer sleeves 1 '. This serves to prevent the hook i from lifting off the suspension bolt g.
The work process for attaching the rafter shoe to a rafter s is as follows: First a claw plate d is attached to the lower inclined surface of the rafter s, then the bracket a, on which only the two claw washers e with their wing nuts f are located, from the inside Slid over the rafter s and retracted the bolt c belonging to the claw plate d. The other claw plate d 'is then placed on the upper inclined surface of the rafter and the associated bolt c is drawn in. By pressing on the free ends of the bracket a, the claws are pressed into the rafters. Now the two claw disks e are tightened by means of the wing screws f so that the shoe can no longer be moved on the rafter. After inserting the hanging bolt g, the scaffolding hanger h can be hung with its hook i . As a conclusion, the bracket l is inserted and the bolt k pushed in, whereby the hook i is secured against lifting.
