Schnalle für Riemen, Bänder o. dgl. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schnalle für Bänder, Riemen o. dgl., besonders für Uhrarmbänder. Die üblichen Bandschnallen jeglicher Art sind mit einem fest mit der Schnalle bzw. dem Schnallenrahmen verbundenen Querglied versehen, um das man das Ende des Bandes oder des Riemens herumlegen muß, ehe man es vernähen kann. Dies hat den Nachteil, daß man zum Anbringen der Schnalle keine bereits nähfertig gelieferten Bänder oder Riemen benutzen 'kann, und daß man weiterhin genötigt ist, bei einer etwaigen Auswechselung der Schnalle am Riemen zunächst die Nähstelle am Riemenende oder Bandende aufzutrennen und sie nach dem Auswechseln wieder neu zu vernähen. Die Erfindung beseitigt diese Nachteile und schafft eine Bandschnalle, die sich nachträglich aus mehreren Einzelteilen zusammensetzen läßt. Erfindungsgemäß besteht das Querglied, mittels dessen die Festlegung der Schnalle am Band erfolgt, aus einem selbständigen Teil, der sich nachträglich mit dem Schnallenrahmen leicht verbinden läßt. Ist die Schnalle mit einem Schnallendorn versehen, so bildet dieses Querglied zugleich auch den Träger des Schnallendorns.Buckle for straps, bands or the like.
